Have fun clubbing Jen! 139? Fabulous! You're a muscular powerhouse. Probably at your perfect weight but I understand wanting down a few more for wiggle room.

This must be loss day for the majority!

Robin ~WOW!!! That is terrific!! That shows how different we all are. your protein over fats worked for you.

Jen ~ Great for you too!!! Your protein was higher than your fats too? 1483 calories. 92g fat / 19 g total carbs / 143g protein

JennN ~ Hope your fat/fast day works. Anxious to see your results.

Pb ~ great loss, too! so glad you're back to losing and have found what's working for you!

Lynne ~ wow after a very full menu you still had a loss. Isn't this just amazing???

Ellyn ~ sorry you're up. Your stats look good. You may be losing inches and will see it on the scale soon.

Last ~ Hmmmm my Minnie little vixon LOL How much were you up after cheat meal? Couldn't be that much. I really do hope you get back in the 130's soon.

AFM: no loss or gain after my -.5 yesterday, but I feel really good. Yesterday's ending stats:
    1,294 cal 10 total carbs 113 fat 74 protein

My clothes are getting looser so I'm good. I'm going to stick with the fats over protein ratio for me a little longer and see what happens. Next Wednesday will be day 28 for me.

I know strict hcg POP works for me because I've had 3 successful founds, but I plan on sticking with the hcg SB plan past 28 days. My losses are slower than POP. But again, I've been experimenting. But I really feel I can stick this one out comfortably verses a strict round of POP.

Kansas ~ hope your feeling better today and Tom eased up.

Good morning everyone! I was down 3 lbs this morning! 5 lbs in 2 days....that's more like it! Started my fat fast experiment this morning. I think if this works, I'll incorporate at least 1 fat fast a week to keep things going I added in about a Tbsp of cream cheese last night before bed which added on more calories. I was so hungry

Lynn I'll have to check that out. My energy level hasn't been the greatest which is why I was drinking a preworkout drink prior to going to the gym. Yesterday I had an awful experience with it lol. I didn't realize that Creatine causes diarrhea.....yep TMI I know but ya it sure did.

I usually workout anywhere from 2-3 hours a day sometimes. I spend most of the time lifting weights. I usually go to a class of some sort for an hour then lift and add in some cardio. Sounds like a lot but this is what is recommended when training for the type of competition I'm training for. My hair dresser and my friend trained 4 hours a day for their competition. On my work nights I either don't work out or I go to our gym upstairs at work for an hour. So i go hard only 4 days a week then only an hour or so 1-2 days a week. I have at least 1-2 rest days a week depending on if I use our work gym. Speaking of work, I go back tomorrow night HCG & Siesta Beach

Hey JJ - my protein total grams was higher than fat grams, but the percentage of calories was 56% fat and 39% protein. Each gram of fat is 9 calories, vs. protein which is 7 calories per gram. I probably could have lost a bit more if my fat % and protein % had been a little more even, with fat just a bit higher than protein %.

JJ, you're doing fantastic! They key is being able to go the distance without suffering. Siesta is do much more liberal. I'm looking for a lifetime plan not a quick fix.

JJ UP 1.2 but not stressed a bit. I did it eyes wide open. I think the tomatoes and sodium are what did me in. No rings till hours after getting up. Nightshades and RA don't go together.

JNu! That cheese really does a number on you! Just wow, down 5 is amazing! You work out hard!!!!

    Good analysis JenH

Thanks Last! Yes, definitely sodium gets me every time too.

I had my stats wrong from yesterday. Not that it will make a big difference. Got together with our S.I.S. group last night and had salads. We all contribute something then make your own salad. I didn't add the cucumber or sweet yellow pepper that I had in mine to my stats.
I know they're total carbs, and there's a lot of fiber, but wonder if that was still too many for me to lose. I'll have to recheck my past month, but I think I had to be closer to 10 carbs to lose. Hmmmm I might be too high on fats too. I'm going to keep the carbs lower, but keep cal/fats/protein around the same and see how I do tomorrow.

    1,318 cal 16 carbs 113 protein 75 fats

I have a Costco size hunk of Kerrygold Cheddar which is my fav. Love the nutty taste! Not opening it for awhile like till closer to weight because I could go serious damage with that. If I have trader joes sliced cheddar, 1 slice is plenty as a snack. I get you on cheese!
