    I am not craving sweets right now either, which I LOVE! Craving the good stuff: cream chees with HWC and vanilla was great last night! D-Ribose is something the body naturally makes, so it would be nice if that meant we don't have to count the carbs, lol.. One track mind.

    Congrats on your loss! I haven't lost in a long, long time, so it is nice to finally have a loss at all. I will keep up the high fat/protein and a little exercise, and hopefully it will be a repeat!

    I agree about the Atkins products, but his shots are probably like what my doc gives, and it would be nice to pick it up and give it to myself. Cheaper too.

    I eat Lily's chocolate too (salted caramel milk chocolate!), but I do not have the craving right now, and I think it may have some sugar alcohol, which I don't typically lose with. I can avoid it for now.

    MIC stands for 3 things. It is supposed to help with weight loss. I don't remember teh specifics though. Google it or check the book. M? inositol? Cartinine? Not sure.

    I would not even call that a cheat. I would get mussels and tomato sauce as a low carb meal, but one little piece of bread probably didn't put you over by much. You should have a real one at 29 days!

    AFM: I had a fun food morning. Ate my normal breakfast (3 eggs, cheese, bacon, HWC in coffee). For a snack I made cauliflower with cheese and sour cream. One cup of cauliflower is about 2 net carbs.
    Then for lunch I put swiss cheese all over a low carb lavash (2 carbs) and put it in the toaster oven to warm, topped it with 6 oz of roast beef and mayo. So delicioous and nice to have a bready thing!

    Not sure I mentioned that I am not counting the little carbs anymore. Not Cream, Egg, or cheese. He says they are zero, so I am calling them zero untill I learn they make me gain.

    Fascinating!!! If you think about it though it makes sense. We know ketosis is a great way to drop weight, add in hcg and why not? Going to keep my calories low but more than 500. I'm not hungry, (more bored and I work at home for the most part...) as long as I keep pounding water.

    My guess is that it's the fat/protein ratio that's more personal and the thing to figure out. I bet it changes too over time and as more weight is released and as we become more fat adapted. At any rate, being a fat burner is the way to health!

    So...when we stop hcg, theoretically, we should either be or well on our way to being fat burners and as long as we're not ridiculous, the furnace should be primed and keep burning....thoughts?

    I know I keep saying "fascinating and amazing". I sound like a broken record. LOL

    I'm wondering the same thing about protein/fat. I'm sticking to the same ratio again today, but wondered if I may need to change % as I lose weight.

    Lynne ~ I just read her stats and I AGREE!! For the love of whatever Kansas .........! And .... you can't say "I'm Way down" with us, numbers girl!! You don't have to change your ticker, though.

    Great thoughts today everyone. I love all the information and so much of it is clicking perfectly with my thinking, like the light bulb has finally started shining brightly in my brain! Even though I am pretty quiet this group has helped me so much and I look forward to reading all the post every day. I can't thank you all enough.

    and like i say, I dont gain on tom on p2 and I usually lose so... I was freaked.

    If it holds tomorrow, I'll change my ticker.

    I 'm eating the same except I addes .5 scoop of prot. shake and that's 8 protein grams.

    I'm sorta gonna try bumping, if this continues to work , stuff up.
    protein and a little more fat.
    not gonna go crazy like the other day. I was craving fat and chocolate.

    So far I'm doing ok today with hunger normally after I work out I'm starving. I'm surprised I'm not expecially since today was the dreaded Leg/Booty day. I still have a couple of my meals left to eat and I'm pretty content right now. I'm ususlly the most hungry at night so we'll see.

    Jen: i was 128 , not changing unless it holds for tomorrow,
    my track record not good

    majorly changing stuff up as you can see from my first post.
    same today. i only added half scoop protein powder.

    I did an old w/o tape today, I'm shocked at how much less I can do from last year.
    time to accept my age. but hey, I did it and that's good.

    I'm not hungry after w/o on p2: I"m.. in need of salt. I go sip some of my own broth, maybe some acv(lots of pottasium) and drink water and rite way I feel better.

    Nice on your loss btw, dont go crazy keep doing what you are doing. hope to see a loss for you me and pb had a nice loss today too.
    and Jackie and Kik deserve on too. AS does Andro and my Idb.
