    Jenn what all do you eat on a fat fast day?

    Not sure if I'll get a loss tomorrow. Added in extra quest today at another meeting and had steak for dinner. Plus five beanito chips. Im thinking of trying higher fat tomorrow again and see what happens.

    It's not a lot of food but the key is to keep your fat 85-90% of your total calories for the day. 1000-1200 calories, each meal is anywhere from 200-250 calories each for a total of 5 meals or however you want to do them. You can eat less meals at a higher calorie if you want just as long as you don't exceed the 1000-1200 total for the day

    This is my macros for tomorrow. Tell me if you think the calories are to high....
    Calories are 1532
    Fat 123
    Carbs 5 (it says on MFP but I think it's more like 7)
    Protien 88

    I pretty much stuck to eggs fried in butter, 1 serving of HWC in a cup of coffee in the morning and 2 cheese sticks for snacks at work.

    I'm so nervous about trying a new menu. I almost wanted to do another fat fast the next 2 nights at work

    No this is what I have put together to take to work and eat before work tomorrow. I wanted opinions to see if the calories are to high. I'll have to adjust it then. But to keep the fat higher than the protien, that's difficult for me

    I think we all switched that right?

    Lower the fat. I know I know..

    So for instance: the meat eaters are having ;meat
    maybe a piece of cheese and some reg. salad dressing or mayo

    We arent doing CC and Fat bombs anymore. it sort of back fired.
    re read what kats told you .

    But if you lost on this from yesterday than.

    Okay , whatever you did yesterday. DO THAT AGAIN.
    and you still may need to tweek

    We've all tweeked alot that sounded bad for some reason but I"m not sure why.

    If you are uncomf. go ask last or JJ.

    I didn't eat this yesterday, I was just trying to come up with a new menu ....I'll look and see what I did the day before then. IF i recorded everything I ate. I kind of just started eating things toward the end of the day cause I was hungry

    haha, I did that with the soy cheese yesterday but it worked out so...

    I brought the calories down to 1346.....does that sound better? The day before I had a protien shake and I'm cutting those out for a while. I'm trying the higher fat than protien deal that JJ discussed and lowering my dairy intake. If i find a meal that works then I'll eat that for now on lol just to be safe

    yes, you gotta figure for you.

    Heres my stats for today
    395kk 36.5 fat 12.5 carb 45 prot.
    Much diff from everyone else but I'm also using net carbs, which is legal

    I"m just so happy you lost today

    You are correct my dear. If for some reason I don't lose or I gain then I'll do another fat fast day or an egg day. I'm pretty content with the food I've had today so I think I could do this fat fast a couple more days in a row without to many issues. I'm kept busy at work so I really don't have time to think about being hungry
