Ah. Yes! I forgot about that (p3) and reshaping.... Although I think I am p3 forever perhaps I wasn't as much as I thought. But I do think 20g of carb worked well for me before dropping g the yogurt....better to reinstate that...thanks again!

    Not sad at all!

I'm delighted to sense the relief in you brick! Because of your background with your mom, I feel a particular sense of importance to keep an eye that you don't stray into restrictive thinking. No need to punish ourselves!

You also are a role model for your kids. Right now your daughter in particular as she is dieting. You want to both have good body image. By adding back some carbs, you will show her that eating for optimal health is what's really important.

Ketosis = lots of water to take care of bad breath. Particularly critical for your daughter as she's around her friends. Be sure to have her take some potassium and a multi vitamin to balance her electrolytes. Kansas likes Emergence C. Available at a Trader Joe's. Please keep an eye on whether she develops leg cramps. They tend to strike in the night and are outrageously painful.

    Good Morning!

Day 2 of my "renewed/no deprived" plan and I'm feeling fantastic! I ate through out the day gaging hunger, large salad with blue cheese dressing w/added crumbles for dinner. Then finished with my strawberries and crème.

Last ~ thanks again for your recommendation! It has worked perfectly for me.

I am really loving the large green salad for dinner. I haven't even added any protein to it.

    How's everyone else?

That's terrific JJ! So happy for you!

After all our discussions about office partners, and food, yesterday my partner showed me that she went shopping across the street at Trader Joe's and had all ingredients for Flax Minute Muffins. An egg, flax, truvia, ghee etc. She made them for our breakfast. It was quite a regular day. Pun intended.

My counters are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. All my tile selections out the window because they pale in comparison. I think it will need white tiles. I found 6x6 Matt white handmade in Mexico.

Ate out last night. A bit of salad, 1/2 cup cheesy polenta, a roll and 3 fries. Today back on plan. Loved every bite. Weight same. Friend who was driving me around really wanted to go out. I just picked at s few things cause not hungry.

The installation fumes went away but there must have been residual left because I went to bed and woke with bad sore throat. They have one more to install today in bathroom in my master suite. Yikes!

    Have a fun day everyone!

Ahhh I love flax muffins! I make a "sugar" mixture of Swerve and cinnamon to sprinkle on them. Tastes like old fashioned cinnamon toast. I make mine with CO. Ghee would be good too.

Your dinner sounds pretty yummy and no gain!

Your kitchen is going to be so fabulous! Can't wait for the final pictures. You can post more as things are progressing! Would love to see it in progress.

Sorry about the sore throat, though.

Last - Can't wait to see your kitchen! Was rereading some older/recent posts and you are the voice of reason and I really appreciate your experience and wisdom. Open some windows!!!!

JJ - I'm with you. Glad you're feeling better and happier. Throwing caution to the wind. The weird thing is that I'm not that hungry these past couple of days. Wonder if it has anything to do with my new coffee/collagen drink as it's really the only thing I've changed.

Brick - Take it easy on yourself and listen to your body. You love yogurt, so eat some. As long as it's full fat, it should help with the reshaping.

704 6 59 40 not very hungry, down 1.5...no hcg, cellfood or carb blockers? feel the same way this morning. Made a 1 egg 1 can tuna salad with homemade mayo, celery and onion and I've already eaten it twice and it's still not finished? Usually, I would eat all of it at once. Maybe it's the weather, it's been gray and rainy for days.

LOVE the counter! how exciting! I bet you are brushing your hand across it when you walk by...congratulations!

Johnny: happy to hear you are feeling better about your food approach...

AFM: a busy morning and afternoon of lots of little projects. trying to get my lists together for Saturday is our youngest b day and we make a meal of it. this year he asked for chicken enchiladas and caramel cake. Then my SIL and BIL are stopping by Monday for dinner..so I will make a lasagna for them/us for dinner and I have a bunch of bananas I will make in to banana bread with coffee. I make a noodless lasagna for daughter and I.

sun is shinning and the weather is warm although cooler tomorrow. Waiting for our pine trees to arrive to get them in the ground.

It is count down week..everyone is mentally on summer break already...drudgery doing the last bits of work.

    life is good...

    HCG & Siesta Beach

Hi amigas! Busy cpl days. Wow y'all were on fire yesterday. Love it! I completely agree with taking it easy, going tough for a bit and easing up. So much better! And yes JJ I think you need some carbs from veggies or something with some good fiber in it. Even Sprouted grain toast or sweet potato or something! Just to break things up

I've actually been doing that. I had a friend in town so I had to relax. And I'm down another 1.6 today. I may go back up tnrw. Kinda feeling it, bloated etc, but hopefully not!! Also started TOM. Omg so heavy yesterday.

Hi to everyone. The friend in town was the date I'm sure I told you about. Ok... Great guy, super guy but darn this online dating, he's shorter than me and I'm only 5' 5 1/2 ... 5'6" on good days. With flats on I was towering above him. Felt like I had heels on. Anyway I just wasn't very attracted to him. Not a great kisser... :/ I've dated shorter guys before (not normally but I have definitely) but anyway. It was fun, we had a great time but I was kinda disappointed. Owell. I know I'm in the flow with things these days. I'll prob see him again. Not going to write it off yet. myb Go hiking again or something. He's cool. Takes photos for Patagonia and cliff bar and keen and does all these cool Eco films. So anyway. That's the scoop.

Had a grass fed burger again today hut it might have been too much. We will see. Tired today. Ok ciao xoxoxo

Oh and last I LOVE your counters!
