    How exciting!

Now I clearly see your piece of furniture! Love it.

My peonies have not opened yet...close but not yet. Peonies and bleeding heart remind me of my great grandma Big House. ( the name I called her). I was 8 when she passed so I have strong memories of her

Last-you are so close to being finshed in your home. I bet you can't wait!!! It will be so lovely to be a queen in your new castle and all skinny with a Guy...and a new car?

JJ-that 2 lbs will come off in no time. Keep at it. Your weekend sounds every bit worth it.

Randi-I'm noticing my hunger at bay,and not even wanting to finish my meals. This is a new HCG for me, mine was always a compounded cream from a local pharmacy, and I have to say, this one has a little more umph. I have better energy and very low appetite. But, then again, that might be from the fats this time, not the different HCG. Things that make you go hmmmmmm.

Brick-your abs are *outstanding*! Even when I'm at my thinnest, I don't look like that. And I've been at 132 (as an adult post HCG) and I'm 5'7! I'm so jealous!!!!

AFM, I'm down .6 today on VLCD 4. I wrote down the stats on all my previous rounds in the same place in my Planner and I'm able to easily compare now. I'm right on track for my regular losing even with Siesta Beach eating. Yay! This is the easiest round so far. I've cut my dosage in half now and I'm feeling very even keel. I have to get my allergy shot today and I think that's going to mess me up for tomorrow's weigh-in. I hope not in a long term way, but I alway bump up from inflammation due to the shot. Hopefully though, I'll see my regular drop and the HCG drop on the following day.

Yesterday I ate Boar's Head deli turkey wrapped around some Trader Joe's dill pickle slices and dipped in mustard. Dinner was really lead smoked trip-tip with a side salad of lettuce and raw broccoli with my 1 T of Blue Cheese dressing. Very satisfying. And as always, my coffee with HWC.

Great Bookie!! Isn't it amazing what we can have compared to POP? Even if my losses are a little slower, it's so nice to have more variety.

O.K. so I didn't make it to actual lunch time before I ate again, but I'm feeling very comfortable now.

Love the Peonies!! Thanks for that beauty this a.m.

Brick I have a couple bleeding heart plants that have bloomed. I'll take a few pictures and post tomorrow. I love them. Ofcourse I just love flowers! And solar lights ......... boy do we have the solar lights! Our daughters always say a small aircraft is going to land on our property one of these days thinking it's a run way! LOL

Amber ~ great on being down! And yepper ....... I love consignment shops, too. I look at them as organized garage sales.

Hi Robin! Stable is better than gain right???

Book - that is what I brought to the office for lunch this week. Boars Head Turkey is the best! I also got these yummy mozzarella/Parmesan sticks from Sams that I plan to wrap the turkey around. Ya'll these things are like a grown ups cheese stick - so yummy! Congrats on being down!

Since my weekends have been full of indulgence, and since I'm pretty spot on stable at or around my final stabilization weight (can't really call it my LDW since I dropped from there), I've decided to keep it low carb during the week but not weight loss low carb (under 20). Trying to recall from the SB book what a good low carb goal is to shoot for. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Has your MFP app updated recently? Mine has so much more details on it now I love it!

Maintenance level is 30-40 net carbs. See what your body can handle. Good job Amber !

Thanks Last! I am back on MFP (slipped up over the past few weeks) so should be able to track and stay under 40. I should have just checked your signature block as I knew I had seen the SB maintenance number somewhere (other than the book!)

Today I took drops mid day to see how I feel.
I had decaf w 2T HWC between 6-10:30, then had a flax MIM. I brought a plain organic hamburger for lunch. Shall see if I'm hungry. Now at 1:30 nope.
I have a meeting from 2-3 then going home. Thawed a pork chop to have with roasted asparagus for dinner. Maybe just meat today no veggies to get back into fat burning after my week of carb burning.
So glad we are all here!!!!

    HCG & Siesta Beach

I forgot to take my drops this morning until 10:15, then I forgot to take my mid day drops!! Now wondering what i should do. It's 5:45, and I just had a snack of a cheese stick and some black olives. I had 2 eggs w/ 1 tbsp butter for breakfast with coffee and half n half. Dinner is a Mexican/chilie relleno casserole made with ground beef, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, corn & chilies. Not even hungry right now.

Just take your evening drops. Sounds like you're fine since you're not hungry. Then take them your regular way tomorrow.

    Sneak peak!

Plastic still on hood until ceiling is patched and painted again. My kitchen is more beautiful than I even hoped for. More pics after painting is done. I found s light gray for living room and hall that I like better. Yay!

Had a flax muffin at 10:30. Kerrygold cheese at 4:30 was starving. Pork chop and 4 asparagus at 6. Drops 3x today. But I feel really fat. May take s few days to drop the carb weight. That's ok.
