well this round has been a bust for me, gained 2 lbs but totally my fault, hubby and I went out for a celebration dinner, we celebrated the Premarin cream work fantastic for us, heck after 3 years of no pain, it was called for. I also am getting very hot at night again, not bad as nightsweats but its the Hcg, always get hot flashes when Im on it. Had a very ruff night, hubby was sleeping on his back with his arm up and kept hitting my head with his elbow, so after 3 hours of that, I decided to go down stair and sleep on the floor, so didn't get any sleep, grrrr
I guess I shouldn't have started a round when starting a new medicine, Ive been researching and most women gain a average of 7 to 8 lbs the 1st month, gosh I hope this is not the case with me

How long have you been on the new meds? Maybe HCG is keeping it from being a really high weight gain. I'd stay on!

    Good morning Beachers!
I spent the day with Guy yesterday. I met his sons and grandsons. He went couch shopping with me. I found an oyster (white) leather couch at Macy's that I thought would look great with my contemporary kitchen. Think I'll drive back out and buy it today. Last night we went to dinner with 1 son and his girl friend. Two hours of laughter, good conversation and great Japanese food. Was glad to be down a bit after miso soup, sauces and a mochi ice cream. The rest of the day was very low carb. Still can't get my rings off.
Warriors party tonight. We're taking wine and appetizers so cheese, olives etc. Host making chicken screwers and salad so I should be able to eat well if I choose to.

Niane, hang on with the meds, it's so worth it. If guy and I go the next steps I may need to go back on. I think I switched from Premarin to the vaginal ring. I may try that again. It seemed silly to use it for no reason. Crossing my fingers I'll need a reason!
Lisa, Paul Newman's caesar is 170 calories, 18 fat, 1 carb, 0 protein. I format my MFP differently so my numbers are cal, protein, fat, carbs, fiber. My Fitness Pal is a wonderful tool.
Brick, you look gorgeous in your party outfit.
Randi, are you recovered? Can I get an opinion on the Macy's Emilia Oyster Leather Couch? I think it would really brighten up my living space. I need to balance the wood.
Lisa, it's probably natural fluid retention. Bet you're down tomorrow.
How are you doing Jo? Welcome.
Hi Robin and JJ and Shining.
Bookie, I'm so glad you're feeling good again.
    Happy Sunday everyone!

Howdy all! I thought I would pop back in again. I tried this earlier his year and gained but I started a new round and I think my normal tweets would be sb. I am one week in and down 7 lbs. my normal menu is

Breakfast...scrambled egg whites and ground turkey
    Snack Colby cheese stick
    Lunch chicken thigh
Snack half Baked cinnamon apple with 1/2 c fage
Dinner hamburger with slice of cheese and dab of BBQ sauce(I found a lower carb one!)
    Snack half quest bar

    Total carbs 19, 850 calories

Today I switched breakfast to two real eggs and slice cheese. Shall see how that works.

Hey PB, great to see you back here. Maybe this time it will work better for you. 7 pounds is incredible! You go girl. You're a great loser. The doc only said under 20 carbs but never wrote no fruit. I think the experimenting around here showed better without fruit but every body is different. Your blood sugar may not be raised. I'm cheering for you!

I took my 1st dosage last Tuesday but I didn't read the dosage prescribed and double dosed on Tuesday and Wednesday and was having sever pain on left ovary so Dr. told me to drop it down to 1/2 dose and to try to take it 3 to 4 times a week instead of everyday. Geez I sure hope the Hcg is keeping it down, I did however check my hcg and its preggers, so its the new meds for sure

yes I was on bio for awhile and they didn't make a difference for me so I stopped, no reason to pay monthly for meds that didn't work, yes premarin is estrogen, when I was going thru menopause Premarin Pills in the only thing that stopped the hot flashes and night sweats, but only had to take them for 6 months and went into post-menopause, will be 2 years in October
