    Morning all! Down .6 today. Made it through the weekend and kept on losing! Always a win The week is so much easier with a routine and work.

    PB-nice loss for a weekend. Always a good thing.
    Lisa-glad you are heading back down. Do you eat dairy? That's a good way to add fat.

    AFM-I'm I'm back up a whopping 1.8 this AM. I didn't eat anything strange to earn that. I'm on day 22 and think TOM is coming, and I always gain 2, but lose it right away. So weird for me, I'm just hanging around this same weight now for a week. Since I'm stopping on day 28, I'm going to try going back to what I ate the first week. The things I've added are nuts and gin. I'll pull those two off and go back to my meat and salad. I don't know why I'm even eating nuts. I love them, but will gain easily from them. I thought I could get away with it on HCG b/c of the added fat. I'm going to skip my shot this week and avoid anything that might cause inflammation.

    I tried on my jeans and they fit which is strange b/c I don't normally fit into my jeans comfortably at this weight.

    Off to yoga-I hope everyone has a good scale day.

    Woke up to 3.1 loss this morning! Yehaw!!! I hadn't dropped anything in several days and then finally got TOM and woosh!

    Good morning! Back to reality after vacationing for a week. The benefit of a low carb lifestyle - going on vacation and actually losing weight while still eating shrimp in butter, crab in butter, and did I mention butter?

    Seems like there are some new faces and I see Shinning is back!

    Catching up on personals just wanted to say "hi"!

    Hi everyone, well I got a big loss this morning 1.8 lbs gone, woo hoo, I lowered my dosage back to 125iu's and feel great at that dosage, dropped the Premarin to 1/2 dosage to every other night, but having a toothache on my bottom back molar that has a filling right next to my gold crown, so Ive got to call the dentist to have it look at, I cant drink anything cold or it kills me, so been gargling with salt water yesterday to kill the pain.

    Pbgirl: wow you lost weigh on a weekend, that's wonderful, woo hoo

    Booklover: wow hun sorry about the gain, I know I went POP yesterday, just to experiment alittle with the new dosage

    Lisa: great hun your going down again, seem to gain quick, drop quick, kinda weird having flucations so early in the round, not used to dieting that way on hcg protocol. Hun gonna give you a call if I cant get into the dentist today

    Shiningthru: OMG, are you kidding over 3 lbs lost, dang what is your secret? Ive got to know!!! lol

    Amberanng: Butter, YUMMY, gotta love this diet, so easy when traveling to make the right choices, wow it reminds my of Paula Deen and how she loved her butter in so many recipes, love her

    Pb, so great on your first week losses and I agree over the weekend esp when you have family is a huge success! Your body is liking your SB tweak plan! Keep it up!

    Niane, hope you get the meds dialed in! No secret just got TOM I think. But it is huge for me, I don't normally drop that much in a day. Hope it sticks!!!!

    Well, my energy is good today and I slept better than I have since starting this round. Hope I can keep that going.

    Hiked this morning and did part of my weight and plyo workout! Still taking it easier but knees feel great after two days off of everything. So I'm happy about that!

    up .2 today but I got my butt back to the gym yesterday. I did 30 minutes only trying to keep it light and decided to do just arms. I did 40 sets on 8 different arm machines. Not really sore today. I also had higher calories yesterday so that could be why. Back to my basic menu today and back to the gym for leg day. Then I will have a rest day tomorrow.

    Do you all ever eat bacon on P2? I had that yesterday for a snack. I figured it's only 80 calories, no carbs.

    Book - I'm with you, almost up a pound. So confused. Started with 150iu u got, but this morning dropped to 125iu (my normal number). Day 10 with a 6 pound Lisa. But lost 5 pounds on day 4, but haven't moved since. Here my stats maybe someone can see something, I don't know yet. (Low carb is new to me) Any help is appreciated.

    Good morning everyone

    I have been reading but not posting here. I somehow thought after the party my days would slow down, but not yet. But what bothers me the most is I am bone weary tired. Falling asleep last night at 9...very unusual for me. Waking up just achy too.

    The party went well..but lots of left overs including the salad with their dressing, which was no doubt made with canola oil. The day of the party I nibbled on the salad and Italian deli tray...but that is all. I don't know if it is the not great eating, ( cause I just can't throw that stuff away until it gets yucky) or what, but my system feels off. Yesterday and today I am trying to get as much fat in.

    very humid here and rainy. Another day of A.C. and lots of work still. Will check in later.

    I hope everyone is kicking butt on their rounds. Keeping good thoughts for you all

    Good Morning All,

    I'm feeling off today too, Brick. I really need to learn to eat well with variety. I start eating one kind of food, then I get sick of it, then I move onto something else, get sick of that, then on and on and I end up feeling like there is nothing to eat, so I just eat eggs and nuts. That's pretty much all I ate yesterday. I had eggs for lunch, then nuts and eggs and salad for dinner. I've hardly been eating veggies. I know I had a salad, but I need to eat a bigger variety of veggies.

    I still have a few more days, but it looks like I won't hit goal. I wonder if I'll end up coming back on SB/HCG for those last pesky 5, but that no one here seems to be able to get off. lol Well, I say no one, but I think that's where Sandi and Last and I are.

    One thing I need to keep in mind-I'm maintaining, not gaining, and If I'm not losing, I'm usually gaining!

    Yep Book! I have those pesky 5!! And I posted over on lovelies about being on my road trip to Aspen, then Utah, and I forgot my drops!! So looks like I am taking a forced 2 week break! I'll decide which protocol to follow later. Just enjoying time with my son on vacation for now!
