    Hi friends!

Brick, I love your post about noticing the subtle shifts of the seasons and hearing the birds singing. Loved everything about reading that. It just set me at ease! And yes comfortable with our own beauty! It's so hard not to panic sometimes but I'm trying to do the same.

Like Pb was saying gotta live and enjoy life as we take care of our bodies here.

Pb, I agree so much easier to est out than at a big family function. I like your goal! And yes that's what I'm hoping for. If I stay this weight til the end of my round I'm ok with that and I do think it will help me stabilize. When my body likes a weight it sticks to it until I push it and go off to the races so that is not the plan!

Book, so funny about the 'this is low carb so yes yes yes!' Lol. It's funny how that goes. I found this gluten free refined sugar free licorice and I was like oh yes! Well it's still licorice lol!

Lisa, how fun about the little farm you've got going. I love it! I grew up going to my grandpa's (Papaw's) farm every summer. Chickens, pigs, cows, horses, corn fields, peach trees, grape vines, wild berries, fishing in the river and lots of dogs and cats. I'm a country girl at heart! <3

Well... I had a Greek salad and a whole bunch of chicken for dinner. May have over done it but I hope not. I had extra food yesterday like close to 900/1000 kcal and my energy was so great today. I did a full spin class and then did flow yoga right after. I also had eggs (2 whites/1 yolk) this morning and coffee so all of it helped I'm sure.

Not going to walk Lola tonight, I'm going to take her to the big dog park but I'll walk around with her and try to let this big dinner settle.

    Ok hugs to all!

Shining:, I so wish I could do yoga like you. I love the energy your posts have. Very inspiring. Your comments are always a treat to read.

I am ready for some boring days....I feel like I have had no time to properly meditate or sit outside and just veg. I know....I know...the ebb and flow of life and no use feeling guilty for being busy now when I know it will slow down. But this MY time...suppose to be the time for me to recharge and feel connected with my guides and angels and nature. And I haven't had that yet. By fall I should be so relaxed and connected.... I just don't know if I will make it this year.

Ah...well...I must remember to not put too much weight on my thoughts at night. Often being tired I go to the worst case scenario.

On side note, daughter just came in to rub my feet. She is a special one. I love all my kids...would gladly sacrifice my life for them...but very gratefully for my daughter.... She is a blessing in so many ways.

WoW - great reading everyones posts this morning. A completely different vibe. Feels like everyone has let down resistance and feels acceptance instead! Lovely.

Lisa- That is so cool! A mini farm, or as we call them here in sunny SoFL, una finca. I'm envious. We can't have farm animals due to zoning, but a garden, yes!

Shining - Have you ever considered Airbnb? It's a sort of in house hotel thing. I've used it and love it way more than staying in a hotel and you get to meet really cool people. On my last trip, I stayed with a jazz singer. Went to have brunch and hear her sing, fantastic! If and when my children move out or the front room gets a door and the bathroom is finished, I will most likely do it too. That way you can make money and it's only part time. Kind of a win win, don't ya think?

JJ nd Brick - Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Have you tried activated charcoal? It really helps to absorb toxins and soothe upset tummies. Brick, have you ever tried real oil of oregano from Greece to fight infections/colds, etc...?

PB, JJ & Amber - Congrats on your losses!!! I'm happy to report that I'm with you....finally. Down 4.5 since Monday. I've lowered my calories, eating more veg, keeping more towards POP with a dash of SB. I'm just tired of up, down, up, down and want to be 145 and, or a 5/6...looking good and feeling great!

Hello to everyone else and to all... have a happy day!

Morning all! only down .2 today but I'm ok with that. I lost my weekend gain and then .2 more this week. Last night my stomach seemed so big and bloated after school. This morning I feel much skinnier. It's amazing how much the belly can change throughout the day. I had to do emergency shopping last night for my sons tournament this weekend. He is the redbirds so I need a cardinals shirt to wear for each day. I only had one red shirt. Luckily I found one at Walmart last night and I was relieved that the shirt I ordered with his team on it actually fit. I was extremely worried when another mom had hers and said it ran small. Luckily I was feeling fat the day I ordered and got an XL. What a relief! Clothing crisis for the weekend averted

    Good Sleepy Morning!

Shining and Brick - loved reading your posts from yesterday. You both write so visually I almost feel like I'm next to you (but not in a creepy, ghostly way!)

Lisa - so fun to have the goats. I would love goats but pretty sure my HOA wouldn't allow it

Pb - good luck at the tourney this weekend. I feel the same way about the belly. Sometimes I notice it on my little son too. He carries weight in his stomach and sometimes it looks like a basketball and other times it is flat.

Robin - CONGRATS!! Happy dancing for your losses. So glad you are feeling great. Sounds like most are straying from the SB and moving back into POP. Whatever works!

Good morning Johnny, Book and others.

AFM - Baseball late again and back in the office this am. I AM TIRED!! Not making the best choices either but at this point I just want to get through the week and focus next week on back on track. I'm still down to my 115.6 so I guess a Chick Fil A Sandwich didn't send me over.
    2018 Round:

    Day 8 - 125.0

    2015 Round: 129 -115

    Hi all. Good morning.

Pb, good luck on your trip. Glad your down some that helps so much with motivation! Have a great trip!

Robin, awesome job! I'm doing the same thing. Back to mostly pop with a little SB dalliances very little because I just wanted to lose!

Brick, you can come to yoga with me anytime! yes you will get back to feeling connected. It sometimes takes feeling disconnected for us to seek that connection again. That's from my yoga teacher training years ago. Helps thinking like that so I don't judge when I've gotten out of the good habits like positive thinking or meditation or just need more rest or to eat better. We lose contact just so that we can seek and find contact again and that's the dance of life. Or so the yoga sutras teach

AFM, need to make it quick here. I'm the same again. So this is very good! I'll post more later. I only have a few days left I think! Kinda wanting more fat so I put 1/2 tsp of CO in my coffee this morning. Don't want to stray too much or I will start to get confused with what I'm doing and keep eating fruit plus fats. So I just added a little. Back later

( copied from my post on Lovely Losers)

    hi all!

quick pop in to brag about one of my sons. Vincent ( the soon to be 21 year old). Today is our Maria's 3rd day at her new job at the library. So Vinnie decides to leave for his job early ( he works in new albany, same as Maria) and he stops off at Starbucks and buys her a cold coffee. He walks in to the library and asks for her. Finds her and tells her a little celebration to have a lunch for her first week of work. She hugs him and they chat for a moment. Then off he goes to his job.

LET me TELL you all the comments Maria got about our Vinnie!! They were so impressed a brother would not only bring a coffee to his sister, but hug her ( in public) and more importantly do it all because he was acknowledging it as a special week for her.

OF course it brings tears to my eyes thinking how sweet it was of him. I am proud of all my kids...they are wonderful human beings, not perfect, but far better than I ever was or will be....but to see him, independently, put into action what I work so hard to create in our family...that is just over whelming.

So a lot of bragging, a lot of gratitude too...

hopefully I will get to check in and read what everyone is up to. Looking like a pretty intense storm coming our way.

    ((hugs)) to all!

Shining! I would love to go to yoga with you! Or to coffee or coconut milk or what ever and just pock your brain! I know I would have the best time!
I am surrounded by very Midwest sensibility and have a hard time connecting with people unless it is my reikimaster/ tattoo guy or the local psychic shop.

Robineka: thanks for suggestions. I will read on them.

Pb: down is always good. Congrats!

Amber: LOL! You make me laugh. Send your spirit and hang around....that might be fun.

Have you ever traveled in your dreams? It is so great! I love visiting with relatives that have passed and it seems to be not here on earth. And flying! I love flying....I feel so elated and free....

    Hi all happy Saturday!

Brick! Ditto I know I would have a good time with you too. I love hearing about your family and home schooling to your dreams etc! Again remember our meet up plan on your porch or at Randi's cabin!! How fun would that be!

AFM, I dropped today. Down 1.4. I had a feeling I was feeling pretty thin yesterday. I'm at 121.3. Feel great about my round. I'm not sure if my loss will stick today tho because I went out to breakfast and the farmers market with the family this morning. Had some oatmeal (couple bites with brown sugar omg! So good!) and I also had a bite of fresh strawberry sorbet at the farmers market. Otherwise I stuck to my normal Saturday morning breakfast out so... We will see. Might have been better if it had stuck for a couple days before the splurges but that's ok. I hope it sticks but we will have to see!

I love our family Saturday's! We go to this great restaurant called The Henry and this lovely farmers market. Today it was my mom, my sis and her husband, my niece and I.

Ok going to get my hair done later this afternoon and need to clean around the house. Ciao bellas!

    Hi All!
Seems like everyone is back to losing! Yay!!! I'm trying to only weigh one day a week, and I recorded Fridays at 141. It's ok, I wanted to be at 135, but oh well.

I've changed my mind AGAIN and I'm planning to go ahead and start another round in a week, which will be the two week break that this plan recommends. I'll do one week, then come off for the week of vacation, then back on to lose any vacation gain and anymore I need to in order to reach the goal 135.

My non weight goal next week is to attend at least ONE yoga class besides what I teach. I have noticed terrible destabilization in my right hip and I need to get on the mat and work things out mentally and physically as a student. Destabilization in the hips can mean emotional energy blocks regarding moving forward. I have to have a chat with my ego and tell it to calm the heck down b/c i'm not at my strongest right now, but that's OK.

In fact, I'm going to get off my computer right now and get on my mat downstairs and enjoy a practice. Happy weekend everyone!

Just typed big long post and lost it. ..
At the lake with little baseball so lots of pool boat and family time. Feeling super fast Andes self conscious though around my uncles family. Staying at one of their condos. Having fun but a bit grumpy feeling so fast. Big will be ready to continued Hcg for sure when I get back.
Trying took eat fairly smart but not wonderful. Alcohol gets me, mikes hard lemonade is perfected by the pool... Wine on the deck watching the water at night... Ect

Hey all. Just a little check in.

My loss stuck! Yay! Need to be good today tho because I did push it yesterday and felt a lil heavier today. But no gain is no gain!!! Yay!

Busy Sunday today. Performance this afternoon and church in a little while. Took Lola out for some play time early and just sipping some french press coffee with homemade almond milk and stevia and making some veggie chips in the oven. Dehydrating them actually so it will take several hours.

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday. Xoxoxo
