    Going rogue by shortening days?

    Hi all:

I have 10-15 lbs to lose after having my 3rd child. From past experience, I'm pretty sure I can get to my goal in 2ish weeks. Once I get there, I'd like to stop P2 and go straight into P3. Has anyone successfully lost on a short round. I know this is off protocol, but I don't usually have trouble keeping weight off; just losing it.

Do you have success stories? Unsuccessful stories?

I am interested in this as well. I just completed 25 Vlcd 's and in p2 day 5.

I've only got 8-10 more I'd like to lose and plan to use Easter to load.

I did see someone here mention they've done it successfully with 2wks vlc and 2wks p3 and back again.

When do you plan on starting?

I realise this forum is old but I have done shorter rounds ie. 17 days with 3 day without HCG AND MY LOSSES HAVE BEEN EASILY MAINTAINED! I still follow all the same rules but it makes the diet so much easier to stick to doing a short round. Heaps will disagree but personally I've done really well from short rounds.

I know this an old thread but I am doing a short round and wondering how hard it is to stabilize.

Kera, I should have meantioned I am a man too, but honestly I was particularly cautions during p3 and had no issues. I definitely find it's easier to stick to in shorter rounds. Good luck! Let me know how you get on.
