    Is it okay to hop on this sight? I finished Day 2 of loading today. Tomorrow I begin Day 1 of P2. I plan to do 40 days. I am looking for a place where I can share and get support. I hope to inspire and be inspired.......... Twabell

    Morning all! Happy Monday! Down .8 today. Not too bad because my calories were high again yesterday. Only up 1lb for the weekend that I wasn't very good on. So hopefully for this week. Ready to be really good all week until my game night on Friday. I'll stop drops on Wednesday to get ready for a week off.

    Nice drop PB, hope you have good losses this week.

    AFM I had no gain at all from my up day, I'm exactly where I was yesterday, wonder if I've hit a stall here. Guess we'll see after my down day today. Hope I'm not stalled, though I tend to stall in the low 10's- 170, 160, 150, so it's the right range to hit a stall. Not sure how I'm going to do my down day yet figure I'll just do a couple hundred calories at lunch and call it good. Or I could do a liquid only down day with protein shakes, OJ, hot chocolate etc.

    Need to sit down and figure taxes today, usually I have them done by the first week of January as soon as DH's w2's are released but I've been putting them off this year. I hate doing my self employment taxes they are such a pain. Today is the day I make myself do them. Just have one or two more purchase receipts to print out and I should be all set. Just isn't as much fun doing them when you don't get a big refund LOL

    good luck with the taxes poobear! I did mine last week, hopefully it gets to the account soon! It would be nice to have before Valentines to use on our date night out

    No gain from UD is good. Sets you up for a nice loss tomorrow.
    I once again had 1000 calories yesterday and lost .8. I'm really beginning to think it might be doable with higher calories every other day. But I won't experiment with that until after my week off.

    Thanks for migrating us PB!
    Omg. That is all I have to say. It's a steak day for me and a stern lashing from myself. I veered off course and just want to order more A s get back to losing. I hate P3. I was prepping for a steak day yesterday and then was starving by 2 and ate some string cheese and then by dinner had two sausage patties that I made for my son. Then steak and a salad because I had blown it.
    I have to get this under control.
    Taxes!! Poo I hate them lol. They take so much of my check or so it feels. I only owe the Feds $150 so I dodged that bullet.

    Charlie, you ate meat, cheese, and salad. Do NOT feel bad about that. I think sometimes this diet warps our minds about what is and isn't ok to eat.
    Did you gain at all?
    hubby and I always claim 0 on our checks just to make sure we get some back.

    I know right?! I was up a pound. And was up a pound yesterday. So I am up four pounds since last week. I am scaling back and reading labels and trying to get this baby under control. No wine tonight. That makes me sad lol.
    I used to claim zero until I became a single mom and need more of my check. They kept 7k of my bonus and I thought I would get something back. Oh well lol.

    Charlie that's a lot of gain for meat and veggies. I wonder if you had high sodium in it?
    Hopefully it's just water retention and a few good days will drop it right back off.
