Is it possible for you to bring a little cooler with you with everything you would need to stay on protocol? Just curious. I'm not sure what these meets are like. I know when I was on P2 if we were going out I cooked my meat beforehand and brought it in my purse then ordered a salad and snuck my meat under the lettuce! Ha, ha, ha, ha.
I've done that a lot in the past. I lost 90 lbs 5 years ago and since then have been on and off hcg to keep it off...well until the last 30 lbs. But I find it is just torture to do this in social settings, and when traveling, so after doing it for so long, I decided I'm not going to put myself through that anymore. I'm done postponing life and giving up social settings to lose. So I just have to figure it out around living still. I keep hoping for a good three weeks with no plans but until summer baseball and travel is over, that isn't going to happen. So I'm more cycling around events. I figure if I'm down more this week than I was last week, then it's a success.

I hear ya on that one PBgirl! I've sat in my car MANY times during various "things" (tournament, game, etc) eating my dang chicken and tomato while everyone else is eating Pizza at the rink... Up down up down.

WOOT finally got back to 140's!!!!! 149.7 today - Just have to stick it out til July 5 then a week interruption and back on to HOPEFULLY get to goal. I REALLY wanted to be DONE this stupid diet by the summer. Oh well - my fault totally so I can't cry too much lol.
OHH but the WEIRDEST thing happened the last 2 days - I had TWO separate people tell me I looked SKINNY? WHAT? So strange and I'm not sure what it is but I AM skinnier at this weight then I was say a year ago at the SAME weight - does that make sense? I have been working out twice a week doing lots of resistance with weights, etc. So I'm guessing it's because I have more muscle. Maybe I don't have to go down to the "goal" weight I have in my head to get the look I want? that would be cool lol. Maybe it's only 13 or 15 pounds instead of 20? Oh well I guess I will see when I get there!!!

Poolside, that is such an amazing feeling when others start mentioning you look skinny! Enjoy it and use it as motivation to keep on goiing!
AFM down another 1.4 today. Still up 1lb from last week. Maybe I can get below that before another weekend out of town...hopefully....

Kris I know what you mean....i have lost from 267 down to 209 three years ago on low carb shakes and then gained back....lost 57 pounds on HCG lastbyear and then gained back. THIS Time I am doing it right....coming off HCG and making sure I have stabilized....lost 29 pounds this time so down to 246 now, want to be under 200 by my birthday in August....have a wedding in November i want to be near 145 if possible, my best weight.

I'm not even counting what day I am anymore - just maybe going 2 weeks at a time then cycle into P3 for a week until I am at goal. I REALLY REALLY REALLY need to not eff this up and gain it back. I can't go back there.

Pool these out of towns are all for baseball. Luckily this weekend ended up only being sat and sunday so we are going to wait until Saturday morning to leave. That makes it easier to be good on Friday. Hopefully I can just be a little off on Saturday then and Sunday we are coming back home.
As for today...up .8. I earned it again though. Wine and some chips last night. I don't know why I have so much trouble being good. I think it's becuase ive done this so many times I just feel like I know I'm not going to actually get anywhere much. I always screw it up. I go up and down and end up basically in the same spot. I really just need 3 weeks at home with nothing!!!u
