    That's me too PB - the amount of times I've tried and FAILED since 2014 is embarrassing. And I did an amazing successful round in 2012 - it's REALLY hard to get my head in any round.

    Anyway - not giving up either!! The last TWO summers were HORRIBLE because I was at an awful weight - I was so unhappy - you'd think that would be the motivation to keep me on track the last two summers but nope. Food always won. I actually DID get down before the trip of a lifetime to Bahamas with my husband in Feb 2014 - down to 137 - came back at 146 and fell of the wagon badly AGAIN. Anyway - I'm doing very good right now I HAVE to do this - though I have to also say I'm having wine almost every night lol. 1 or 2 glasses of red but losses still OK - obviously would be more without the red but I'm not going to deprive myself dang it!!!

    Down .7 today to 148.4 - SHOCKING!! But alas its the weekend this is where I struggle - would LOVE to be in the 130's by my LDW day of July 5!! or 6th not sure which yet. Before we go on vacation July 9.... I feel like I actually may succeed this time. I see ALL the clothes in my closet that I will NOT be wearing this summer if I don't get this weight off....

    Morning all. Only down the .4 I gained yesterday. Still 1lb above where I was before last weekends interruption. Not good.

    Pool I try to keep my wine to weekends only...oh and it's Friday

    WOOT finally got back to 140's!!!!! 149.7 today - Just have to stick it out til July 5 then a week interruption and back on to HOPEFULLY get to goal. I REALLY wanted to be DONE this stupid diet by the summer. Oh well - my fault totally so I can't cry too much lol.

    OHH but the WEIRDEST thing happened the last 2 days - I had TWO separate people tell me I looked SKINNY? WHAT? So strange and I'm not sure what it is but I AM skinnier at this weight then I was say a year ago at the SAME weight - does that make sense? I have been working out twice a week doing lots of resistance with weights, etc. So I'm guessing it's because I have more muscle. Maybe I don't have to go down to the "goal" weight I have in my head to get the look I want? that would be cool lol. Maybe it's only 13 or 15 pounds instead of 20? Oh well I guess I will see when I get there!!!

    How is everyone doing today?
    Definitely with your workouts you tone. Yea for you!!!!!!

    It's OK pbgirl. Get right back ON today girl you can do this. Today is a NEW DAY. What does "blew it" mean? One meal? One big meal? Nothing in the grand scheme of things. Damn away tournaments It's literally almost impossible to stay on track. I'm freaking out about going away to a cottage for a week.     So today I'm supposed to go to a street festival. What does street festival mean to you? Yea FOOD TRUCKS lots of them and my girlfriend is already tell me "hey lets meet and have lunch the food is amazing!!" I CANNOT cheat. I just cannot go through gaining 3 pounds and taking another week to get it off. I "think" my head is finally in it and it's because of where I am now - trust me if I was in the 150's I would be for SURE cheating.

    Anyway 147.4 today so down a whole pound from yesterday. This is what is keeping me going.

    Blew it means chocolate chip cookies in the lounge. But only up .4 today. Who knows what today willbring. Ballgames at 4:00 and 8:00 tonight. I'm hoping for low hunger and I have quest bars for back up.

    Hi Ladies - I'm back, again lol! Long story short, i went on vacation with my mom and never really got back on the program and just spent two months being depressed and eating and just allowing myself to fall flat on my face... Alas, I have to do something about it and feel like I am in a better head space to get started.

    I am having a total brain fart and mixed my HCG from New Edge and now think I am drawing up too much HCG. I mixed 5 ml of bac water and have 30 guage needles 0.3cc. If I want to inject 150 each day do I pull to the 15? It just seems like a lot. I feel so dumb, lol.

    Looks like a lot of you are doing awesome and PB, I have been on a "blew it" bender since April....
