Krstilyn: Sorry for your icky stomache. I would think being on hcg would help because it's really simply food and a lot less so it wouldn't bother the stomache as much? Just my guess.lol
I actually have a lot less problems when I'm eating simple on hcg..
AFM Today for last day of summer school the principal is bbqing hot dogs and everyone brought sides and desserts. I'm not interested in the hot dogs but I know I'll have a little of the other. I'm thinking I am going to have to go off hcg for my lake tournament next weekend. There is no way I can be good enough for 5 days while gone. But until then I have this weekend to be good.
I am enjoying the fact that I'm not hungry right now though so it isn't that bad being on hcg, yes I'm not losing because I cheat all the time, but Im not hungry and im not gaining and food is cheaper.lol
Once I get back from the lake I have four weeks with no big plans so maybe I can lose some then. For now I'll just try to hang in there.

Poo - abnormal paps are the worst. I had normal ones my entire life then got divorced and started dating and the next year bam.... abnormal pap. I hope you get it all figured out and that whatever it is can be treated and you will be okay.
PB - 4th of July is so hard. My brother is having a BBQ and I am going to take a steak for me for him to throw on the grill and call it good.

I am on on VLCD #5 and am down 6.4 lbs. I have a long ways to go but it's a start. I have been really good with no wine (just one slip up last week with a girlfriend but kept it to two). I was down 2.4 the next day so I got lucky. I have not been hungry at all and don't get all my food in. Combo of stress and laziness i guess. I may extend this round just to hit my goal as I see a few hurdles (friend coming into town next weekend, going on a yacht tomorrow for Blues Festival and a concert on the 17th). I will eat beforehand and take seltzer water but have a feeling it 's going to be a giant party on the yacht but I know what alcohol does to me with such little calories so my limit is two for the entire night if I choose to imbibe. I hate explaining why I am not eating or drinking.
We are almost to the weekend and it's a long one!!!
I have a skinny vodka tonic and never had it change things on P2. If I couldn't have that I would have diet tonic water with lemon. It's delicious and it almost tastes like a cocktail on its own. You could have certain veggies at the party to enjoy eating with everybody else. I have taken cooked halibut in my purse and put it on my plate. Sounds weird and impossible but it's so little that it's really easy. Good luck and have fun!

Well it was Canada day yesterday here and we went to a BBQ party at a friends house - I did partake in SOME of the food and wine but over all given the fact that there was so much amazing food (umm marshmallow shooters - nope) right in front of me I didn't go ALL IN like I normally would have!!!
ANYWAY I am up though 1.5 AOK with me to 148.8.
I have FOUR days before my week off!! Oh the eggs and butter I'm going to have lol. I know the gain will be down by tomorrow and Im hoping by my LDW I can get maybe another 1.5 off!! I'm SO ready to be done - I've really been bouncing around the last 2 weeks.... Hopefully cycling into P3 for a week then back to P2 will jumpstart some good losses.
It was a productively lower day...down 1.2! I finally get to change my ticker! And I want even good at night. Darn whine led to some of my healthy snacks. Coconut oil chips and brownies bites. Other than that I had chicken and quest all day. Slept in until 12 again today so I think that helps to.
It is 65 and rainy here so starting my day with reading on the porch. With a jacket and blanket on! Crazy!

Up .1 - 148.9 - last 2 days have been rough!!! People over for a pool party, BBQ party Friday (jello shooters, marshmallow shooters!! Stayed away from those) Could have been a lot worse haha!!
Anyway - Thursday is my LDW was going to be Wednesday but I'm extending by one day![]()

The yacht was so much fun!! I went surfing yesterday or tried to and I can't move today. I am down 10lbs total and have had to modify for this crazy weekend! Today is back to the Blues Festival with friends.

Afm up. 8 today. No big deal. I hardly drank any water yesterday. I was very weak and tired today but luckily no plans. Just laying around reading now that I'm on summer break. Tomorrow we have BBQ at my house so I definitely expect a gain. Hopefully I'll go down tomorrow before then.

Confession....this has been a crazy fun weekend and i just went with it and had fun. All in all I have to say that after surfing I was down 2 lbs but after yesterday at the Blues Festival with my brother and his family and our friends I stopped at Taco Bell at 11:30 pm and got two cheese quesidilla and a mexican pizza. I also had some BBQ (tri tip and grilled onions) at the festival with no bread. Tons of wine... just a total party and I was prepared to just deal with it this week. I was only up 2 lbs today which will fall off this week at some point. I have always been too afraid to experiment and just did it. I guess for a good time while on this diet, I will concede and allow myslef to let loose and deal with a two lb. weight gain because I know i can get it off but might need to tack on a few extra days at the end.
Today is a BBQ at my brother's and I will just take a steak for me and my younger son to share and try to eat to plan. I satisfied my need yesterday and don't want to get too far off course.
MPD - being in range like that is really good and that will fall off once you start back up.
I hope everyone has a safe 4th and better yet a fun fourth with family and friends. Cheers![]()
