    Scully, don't know if you're still having problems with your signature tracker, but if you are...i just updated mine again today and had to start from scratch with a new ticker. I copied and pasted this info into my signature by going to the Settings to edit my signature and pasting the image. Perhaps if you get a link which is similar from TickerFactory.com you can just copy and past my info and change the 'code'. When I added it at first, i had to click on he little icon above here 3rd from right which says insert image. it added that code around my url from tickerfactory. Hope this helps...

    Darn, that didn't work at first...it printed my ticker twice...I'll try to PM you with the code with " " around it.

    Well P3 for me at dinnertime today!! I'm going out to buy either a filet or salmon for dinner YUM!!!

    I was actually down another .4 today to 145.4 which is just FINE with me lol.

    We had a great weekend away. Ate like crap Saturday with the all inclusive game but not horrible. BBQ beef, salad, and three brownies. It killed my stomach though. I was in so much pain all day. That didn't stop me from trying a bit of the free appetizers at the hotel and then gettingsome late night imos with the family and split a cheesecake with hubby(also free at hotel). What can is say I can't pass up free food. On a good note though we did 4 miles walking downtown to catch Pokemon with my boys on Saturday and then 3 miles at the zoo today.

    Yea free food is hard to pass up pbgirl!!!! Sounds YUMMY - except for the stomach pain

    Leaving tomorrow for almost two weeks - wish me luck lol. There will be a LOT of eating out.

    Up .9 today - totally owning that one though 146.4 still nicely under 150!!!! Hope to stay there!!!

    This is a little late reply to your post mpd but you and I are in a very similar situation. I have gained and lost the same 1-3 pounds for weeks now. I want down past a certain point before I hit P3. I refuse to P3 at 244.5 No. I will P3 below 240 and that's that. My exercise is not structured. I do a lot of walking and working on the property and go to other property to trek through the tall, tall grass and uneven ground to get down to blackberry bushes. Also, when I'm watching sports I am such a fanatic that while watching Michael Phelps swim last night I was rapidly running in place. I had to burn off the adrenaline!

    I have finally realized that I will go up or stay the same if my water intake is low. I suppose with all the fat being released into our blood stream if we don't drink a LOT of water we just don't blush it out.

    Anybody ever have those baked peas? They come in different flavors. I absolutely had to have something to shove in the hole under my nose so I found a bag of those in my pantry. Wasabi/Ranch flavor. They were SO good! The crunch, flavor and everything was amazing and I was totally satisfied after that. I figured they would be so far off protocol I'd practically be in another zip code. Well I was sure right. I ate the whole bad and it added about 600 calories to my day. I woke up a 1/2 pound down and that's even with forgetting to do my morning hcg cream. Go figure!

    Hey Kris, I am back on HCG, gained up to 246.8 but hope it will fall off soon....were you successful in getting under 240? I just listened to the latest hcg chica podcast, a woman lost 100 pounds, down from 300 on hcg...she had some great tips....hope you are doing well, i am working on my mind set...i was not good during the break obviously...we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and it was absolutely impossible to eat anything healthy. That remodel is almost complete now so I can cook make salad soup etc. and stay on plan. I will exercise daily since that helps but not to excess...how are you?

    I think this thread is dying
    Congrats on the loss!

    I am hanging where I was pretty well. I am now 2 months pregnant and have only gained 2 lbs since I found out. Stomach ache most the day keeps me from wanting too much food but I am eating mostly healthy and I think that is really helping. I did have Mexican this weekend, gained 2lbs and then lost it again the next day
    I am at 194 right now so my goal is to stay below 200 as long as I possibly can.
