    HI Ladies!!!

    PB I was WAYY more active a few years ago. I'm so lazy now lol. Though I do twice weekly HIIT classes - I NEED to get back to it on the other days!! - I felt so much better!! My husband went out and bought us each new bikes - again lazy lol.

    MPD yup long enough for a round - sorry you are sick too!!

    I ate a cheeseburger and fries today. Everything is just so "off" because I'm sick.... anyway was 149.4 this am so at least out of the 150's.

    OMG my pellets arrived yesterday too!!!!!!!! So many things going on though - our Thanksgiving is Oct 9 and it's a BIG deal. BIG lol. And it's 2 days of stuffing and gravy and desserts. We have like 4 pounds of stuffing made lol.

    If I load then - we are going away Oct 21-23 so I would only be on for 10 days then have to do a PI....

    Decisions. I would LIKE to be 6 or 7 pounds lighter by the Oct 21 trip!!!! Maybe I should just buckle down and do LCHF? Trouble is sticking with it! Then start a round when I get back....

    Pool I don't even like most the food for thanksgiving. Turkey is just OK, not a fan of stuffing our potatoes. I like rolls and pie.
    If it's every just me,hubby, and kids, we just eat Mexican since neither of us like turkey.

    Pool, i get it, when you are sick it is just too hard to be so strict..
    Pb, Mexican sounds great! My favorite food and one reason I can't leave Texas lol.
    Well, day 2 on p3 re entry, maintaining well at just 1 pound gaunex sinve my lowest. Same weight two days in a row. I just finished my eggs and sausage, heaven!
    trying to stay fairly low carb but allowing some fruit like apples and a few grapes.
    I hope you have a geat day, I am still struggling with this crazy cold and sinus on overload,

    Good morning!
    I think I have finally figured out what I can eat on HCG 2.0, and still lose weight.

    I was eating too much cabbage/celery mix, and I was not losing. Like 4 cups a day. It was too many carbs I guess.

    So for the past 2 days I have been eating like below, and have lost over a lb a day. This is vlcd 11 and I am down 12 lbs. I was hanging at -9 lbs for a few days before I got rid of the cabbage.

    Breakfast:
    1/2 cup milk in coffee, with 1T cacao, 1t maca powder, stevia

    Lunch:
    Salad: 2 c spinach, 1 c chopped celery, 1/3 cucumber with lots of spices
    Salad Dressing: Whole Foods Coconut peanut sauce, mixed 1:1 with ACV. 1/4 cup
    Protein: 5 egg whites plus two yolks, 4 oz dark chicken, or 4 oz shrimp, etc.

    Dinner: same as lunch but a different protein

    I tried 2.0 for two wasted rounds, but now that I am finally losing I think I can stick with it better.

    Lynn that is great you have figured it out! I never lost well with cabbage either. Too bad too, it's a great filler.

    AFM Down 1lb to 200.4 today! I WILL break back under 200 tomorrow! I got 3 miles in yesterday, although my feet are killing me today! Too many miles increased the last few weeks. But I started foam rolling my IT band and finally it is starting to feel better at night so I can sleep a little more. HOpefully a few more days and it will mostly be gone.

    Cobgrats on such a great plan! One pound a cay!! Wow!!
    AFM, i am still getting over this cold.
    Day
    3 of p3, lost some this morning, so far doing great with stabilization....
    Staying home today, working on home stuff like paperwork, yuck!
    So far lost 40.6 pounds, only 50 more to go! plan to do this by next Spring but would love to do it before that. I heard a podcast that HCGChica had with a woman who did a long round and lost over 100 pounds with no breaks! just dont think i can do it, but it was very impressive.

    Morning!!

    WOW MPD Can't imagine over 100 pounds on a long round.... it REALLY doesn't sound like a good idea to me - props for her being able to stay on that long though...

    P3 is going well for you!

    PBgirl how are you? Getting your walks in? Hope you broke down that 200!!

    AFM currently 150.8 - oh wait I loaded yesterday how did I forget that??? Anyway on Thursday I was 150.6 I have NO idea how I gained only .2 on a load day. I ate my FACE off lol. I'm only loading one day - been through this enough times and I ate LOTS of fat yesterday. Crab Alfredo

    We'll see how this goes - I have a lot of "stuff" coming up. A brunch on Tuesday then Thanksgiving next week....

    Well I never made it back below 200. 201 when we left this morning for vacation. I was even good the last two days so I think baby weight gain is starting. I think I have to kiss under 200 goodbye
    My belly is growing like crazy. Travel day today so I didn't eat so great. I'll do better tomorrow. Tomorrow we head to Noah's falls!

    Have Fun PB!! And don't stress about the weight - you will have all the time in the world to lose it once baby is here

    I'm a mess ha ha!! I don't think I can actually handle a round round now.... Too many "things" like I said that I cannot be on this diet for.

    pool, dont stress over it, maybe you need a break? Sometimes that is just the truth and even if you really want to do one your life and your mind just are not in the right place....

    Pb, dont worry about the weight right now, eat healthy for that baby! How exciting to bring a new life into the world!

    AFM, I am holding at a good place, ate some brown rice yesterday and no gain, which I think is a miracle and even had a couple of pieces of chocolate....weight stayed exactly the same. Woo woo!

    AFM - plugging along "sort of" doing LCHF - was 151.1 yesterday - today down to 149.4 so at least its going in the right direction I have a big brunch today with some girlfriends - hopefully they have a lot of meat ha ha!!

    Hey all! Vacation is going great but EXHAUSTING! Parking pass$20 a day everywhere here so we had to park at hotel and just walk everywhere. First day we explored and got 9 miles in! 5 yesterday and 5 today. We would be doing more but my feet hurt Sooooo bad! We did learn the bus system yesterday so we take a long walk then bus home.
    I also quickly learned day 1 NO FRIED FOODS! they kill me with heartburn and stomach aches. So eating had been better but I have had to have bread due to lack of choices or it's $30 for a chicken dish! No way. Today was the best day though avoiding all heartburn and stomach aches.
    Feeling super fat though, especially when I see pictures. I'm fine with the belly but my arms and back are fat.
