    Hello All!

    I have successfully kept my weight steady with no loss or gain now for 7 days, eatin fats ans aome carbs, feeling pretty good! i am recovering from a terrible allergy attack or cold, notbsure which....trying to decide when to jump back in.

    Pool, glad to see you are still around and doing so well! you are where I qant to be eventually, hopefully by the spring!

    Pb, so sorry to hear about your feet, I cam totally identify!

    Way to go mpd!

    I'm doing very good ignoring pain. Hubby is being super sweet and supportive. We get a nice walk done in the morning, rest in hotel/nap, walk again early evening then relax. I just wish I could walk more. But we have done 20 miles in 3 days!

    Pool we were in Niagara Falls Canada. Heading home today. Thankfully I took tomorrow off so I had three dated to relax. We walked 27 miles the last 4 days! I'm dreading the scale. My prediction is up 10 lbs. Ready took her back to my normal healthy eating.

    Sorry, I am totally rushed today! This is what's up with me:
    I am still doing 2.0, so a little extra fat and protein. I haven't been hungry at all in the past few days. Today is VLCD 19 for me, so after 18 days of P2 I have lost 18 lbs. And that is with ups and downs. The key to losing on 2.0, for me, is DEFINITELY to keep the carbs really low. 30 carbs are allowed, but I think my limit may be 20. I have been adding a scoop of Reservage unflavored whey protein to my coffee each morning, for 110 calories, and some days it is 7 pm before I think about eating. Maybe it is the protein that is helping. I would love it if I could lose 30 lbs in 30 days, as I was way up to 254 (post loading) at the beginning, and 224 would be an awesome start to P3. Time will tell. I know it is harder to lose in the last 10 days than the first 10.

    Losing is keeping me motivated!

    Made it home and somehow with all the eating out I managed to only gain 3.6 lbs! I was amazed. Although bad influence hubby wanted Chinese today so one last meal out. Sure I'll see a little more tomorrow. Then time to eat clean and work some off!

    Morning all! Down 1lb from Vacation. Sitting at 204. I would love to get closer to 200 this week if I can, eating clean. I'm deffinitely ready to get back to my normal healthy eating after all that eating out!
