This is my two year old golden retriever on my forum photo. He's the sweetest, cutest, and smartest dog I've ever met. I absolutely love him, and can't believe I waited so long to finally get a dog.

All the staff at pet boarding locations where he stays when we leave town love and sing his praises too...Rogue daily chat

@Julz - I bet! Hyper dogs are a lot of work!!

Julz Oh I thought they were waiting a month for the blood thinners and couldn't figure out why they would take so long to get out of your syste. A month for an opening makes more sense. You are in their system now so maybe they will have a cancellation and you can get in earlier. Don't want it to get reinfected before they pull it, which can happen if they wait too long.

Do you have a treadmill? Have you tried wearing your hyper dog out by working him/her out on it? I know with my cocker, when she was too wound up even after her walks I use to put her on the treadmill, she loved it. Took her a few times to get use to it but after she did she would run to it and wait for me to set it up for her. My current dog never did like it so I don't use it for her. She's so lazy though, no worry about wearing her out. She's content to just lay around all day sleeping, once she's out playing she gets wound up and loves to play Frisbee non stop, go on walks, hunt rabbits, which unfortunately for the rabbits she's extremely fast and stealthy and lethal if I don't call her back in time, poor bunnies. But if she's in the house she'll go all crazy for about 10 minutes doing laps around the furniture, playing with her toys and being goofy and that's it, the rest of the time she's being a slug. She's the best house dog ever.

Yay I totally just stalked your dogs Instagram so cute!

Poobears yes I need to ask them about more antibiotics closer to when they pull it. Hopefully since I'm avoiding that side it will be ok till they pull it. We don't have a treadmill and I am awful about walking them especially now. I am hoping to get walking when the weather changes. He is so good around kids and babies that we are kind of hoping he settles down when the baby comes. He isn't overly hyper all the time just gets sooo crazy when we get home and in the mornings. He relaxes for the most part at night but he also listens to his dad and not me Rogue daily chat

Morning all! Down 1.4 today. Back to 183...for the millionth time.lol
Doing an UD today but being smart about it. I had protein powder waffle for breakfast and ordered a salad from school lunch. Everyone has had them lately and they look sooo good! Only $2 so an easy way to get something different.
My plan is to have a good for me but different menu on UD so I feel some variety but I'm not going crazy and still staying away from junk...hopefully. I'll try it for a week and see if I can stay off full time hcg.

Stall for me. The PI certainly didn't have the jump start effect I was looking for! I'm stalled at the weight I was stuck at for 2 weeks earlier before. Ugh. And it's just 2 lbs under where I ended my last round! I'll see where I weigh in tomorrow. If it's the same, I won't inject. If it is lower, I'll give it another day or so!

Sorry you are stuck yay Hopefully it is short lived.

My salad from the lunch ladies turned out to be super yummy! I am totally getting one every other day! Saves me packing a lunch and healthy I will have those on my UD since they do have cranberies, sunflower seeds, and ranch dressing on it. It was huge though and very filling!

Oh and someone at school is organizing exercise group at school immedietly after! That will get my butt in gear. Starting tomorrow yoga and thursday is walking. I'm not sure if she is thinking every day or what, will have to wait and see.

    Keeping it off

Sarah....I start my hcg next week after my doctors visit. I have been perusing the boards just to educate myself as much as possible. I don't see a lot of "kept it off stories' and I would like to hear what you have been doing the last few years to keep it off

I want to know how you are able to include your wine? and lots of it and still able to lose weight. If you are not counting calories what are your daily menus like?

I lost 90 lbs 4 years ago. Only 30 have come back. It is a daily fight though and always will be.

Pb glad you're down today. That salad sounds good. I have been thinking about a good salad, I love them from salad bars!

Yay sorry for the stall still.

Not much to report here went to the chiro today and he said during pregnancy 50% of the time it will work for headaches. I am already thinking after last time it's not working because I had a bad headache the next day. I hope the hormones settle down a bit soon and calm the headaches. Getting anxious for nice weather this weekend and for the 20 week ultrasound next week!

Julz the 20 week one is a big one, I'm excited for you, definitely a lot more to see than in your previous ultrasounds. Now they start getting exciting.

I had to pick oldest DD up from school today, she lost a screw in her glasses so couldn't see. I had to go up and get a box of contacts anyways so had them fix her glasses while we were there. I went ahead and just got my regular oasis contacts and will wear reading glasses to see up close. I'll worry about getting the separate near and far contacts later. Then I kept her out a couple of hours since she only had seminar and lunch. We goofed off in town a while and she wanted to McDs for lunch. Ugh not a big fast food fan, it wasn't bad but rather have home cooking than a fast food burger for the calories. Told her she couldn't skip all day though since she had a major class at the end of the day so made her go back LOL I'm so ready for summer break, want to spend some fun time with the kids without worrying about school!
