    Morning all! Down 1.6 today same as my last DD loss. I am only down .2 though from my last DD overall. I need to figure out how to not gain 1.5 on my UD and then I'll make more ground. Today though is conferences with dinner provided so I'm predicting I won't eat too well. Food in the lounge I never have any will power. But maybe it won't be too bad of food.

    PB You seem to have your DD drop figured out where you are having steady results, once you get that UD figured out you will start making good progress. Trying to find a balance between your DD drops and UD bounces can drive ya nuts though if you aren't one of the lucky ones that see big drops on DDs.

    Think I decided to start a round, no idea what is going on with my weight but I'm getting close to 170 again and that is no ok. Seems to all be in my stomach so could still be something from the cysts, might be some big ones in there or maybe just lots of bloating going on. Legs and everything else look normal, don't notice any fluid retention or swelling going on. Pants are fitting good but tight in the waistband which is typically the loosest part. Need to see if my meat in the fridge is still good, if I it is I'm going to cook it up today and freeze it in snack bags so I can just pull out one serving at a time. Not sure if I'll do a day or two of loading or not. I might just for the he!! of it, I'm up this high, a couple more pounds won't hurt. Going to try to not weigh for a couple of weeks but doubt I'll be able to stick to that. If I could talk Dh into it, I'd like to just remove the batteries from the scale and put it up, although I can usually guess within a pound or two what my weight is so even without it I will probably know what I weight. I don't need it telling me I'm stalled.

    If the meats good I think I'll plan on injecting tomorrow for loading.

    Thanks for responding. How do I make sure I get notifications for the post. I have been reading a long for some time and perused other hcg forums and I really like this one. I haven't started my hcg. I had another poster help me time it with my son's weddings. I load next weekend. I am hypo thyroid and new to hcg and hoping you all can help me along in my new endeavor to kick this weight to the curb. I spent a year in bed with steroids and surgeries and now both my sons are getting married. I am determined to conquer this. I was blocked from another forum for saying there was nothing wrong with cream in your coffee....not protocol!...... that being said....I am a rogue chick. I don't do anything by the rules.

    You always have some that swear any toe out of line will ruin the whole protocol. I've seen too many people on this board and other boards succeed with alternate plans to believe that. So yep happy to have a Rogue area to talk on with others that know you don't have be so hardlined with it to make it work. It's funny when the alternate plans get all bent out of shape, they aren't even following protocol yet they get mad when someone talks about something off protocol LOL Of course even on here nothing is really protocol, protocol is strictly 125iu no dose adjustments, intramuscular no subq, shots only no pellets, drops etc. Lots of things pushed as protocol are not, they are just what's been made up along the way and people accept them as protocol. Things that are pushed now are totally different than what was pushed 5 or 6 years ago in P2 and P3. So pfft

    The dinner they chose to provide tonight was actually healthy! Rotisserie chicken, salad, veggies and hummus, pruchetto wrapped cheese and not one dessert!

    Well my planned interruption is done. What did I learn? Well, a couple of things.

    1. Don't plan an interruption around your TOM.

    My last dose day weight was 188.8 and the next morning I was up a pound. Stayed within 2 pounds until the 18th, woke up that morning up 3. Well I don't eat meat, only seafood so my plan for a "steak" day was FFF.

    2. I have a sensitivity to yogurt.

    I did my FFF day on the 18th and it was amazing with my fresh blackberries and then I got on the scale on the 19th and had gained 3 pounds in 1 day. Now I'm up 6 pounds!

    3. Add foods slowly.

    This was a 10 day break at best so I was just going to eat p3 foods and jump back in without a care in the world. Well I had almonds the day before the pound gain so I chocked it up to the almonds for the gain and did a high protein day, fish, eggs, cheese and FFF. I also decided to do 2 days of high protein because at this point I was up 6 pounds!

    4. Weigh every single day.

    I didn't weigh until the 21st and when I did I was 197! There I was thinking that I was doing protein days to lose the weight and the FFF was wreaking havoc on me!

    Monday the 22nd I started p2 again and this morning I'm at 194, down 3 pounds. I don't regret the interruption. I could be bitter, but I'm just glad that now I know.

    Hey! I will come back and reply some personals soon.

    EPIC FAIL FOR ME.

    I've decided that I simply CANNOT do 2 rounds which is what I need to do to get this 33 or so pounds off. I've failed too.many.times. and I don't want to wait in between and I don't want to do 60 or 70 days of VLCD I just know I can't stay on it. My new plan is to lose 15 or so on my own with Low Carb High Fat then do ONE final round. With injections - that's also what I have decided - to bite the bullet and get the needles because like I said before I feel like that will keep me from the cheating (not to be confused with roguing lol will still have my wine!!). So I am going to work on finding a 40 (or is it 43?) day kit for Canada.

    SOOOOO having said that yesterday I stopped pellets turned the day into a LCHF day. I ate like 150g of fat, 2200 calories AND 2 glorious glasses of red wine (if I keep other carbs low enough I can have "some" red wine but I also know this will slow losses).

    Down 2 pounds from yesterday. Into the 150's.

    I would love to keep checking in here if no one minds? Won't post what I'm eating but maybe weight loss ?

    Today I weighed when I was up at 3:30...184.8....then at 5:30 when I woke up.....185.4! What! Yeah I'm taking the lower weight. Up 1.8 for the UD.


    123 that really stinks But at least you know what you need to stay away from for sure. Otherwise you may have just had in here and there and not even realize it was doing
    you harm.

    Poolside feel free to keep checking in. We are not always on hcg when posting and it is better to keep checking in for accountability. Plus we like to learn from what others are trying

    PB glad they had a healthy dinner option for once that's great, maybe that will be their new trend since so many of the teachers are forming exercise groups etc.

    123 sorry for your up and down break but I bet it drops back off fast, sounds like a lot of inflammation to me, you know there's no way you gained real weight that fast. You'll be back to where you were and losing soon.

    Pool of course you can stick around, wouldn't want it any other way and feel free to post about not only what plan you decide to go onto but what you are eating too. We love talking about food, doesn't have to be boring hcg food, yummy alternative plan food or recipes are ok too. You might be doing something that one of us wants to go onto later so share, share, share

    AFM I THINK I am going to inject today, I haven't yet, needle is still in the freezer, went in twice to get it and decided not to. I should, I really, really, should but I know how bad my cysts are going to flare up and don't want go through that again but I also know I gotta get this eating and appetite under control. At a minimum I need to get this 10lbs back off plus a little and get into the 150's so if I can hold out around 2 weeks I should be good hopefully. Maybe I'll plan on doing 2 week cycles of hcg and JUDDD or something.

    I actually started typing that about 45 minutes ago then DD came to get me to wave her hair for picture day, then other DD needed hers curled, then had to take kids to school....... anyways I did pull a syringe out to thaw so I am going to inject today. Since I'm sitting here eating a chocolate cinnamon roll I guess I'm loading LOL Will probably load 2 days simply because I don't want to start and going to use every excuse I can to delay it as long as possible

    123 I also think you have retained water. You can't gain fat that quickly, thank goodness! I gain up to 5 lbs when I have a lot of wheat, like 4 pieces of pizza, but it is inflammation and if I stay off wheat for a day or two it goes away.

    This is what I am doing: not much fat, but I do have some. I am very low carb. I don't count calories. THis is what I am eating:
    - Breakfast: A big smoothie with spinach (cup or so), celery (3), a whole lemon, whole apple, chunk of turmeric, clove of garlic, chunk of ginger, parsley sprigs, cilantro sprigs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper, stevia, 2 c hot water. (yes, it tastes pretty odd!)
    - Coffee with 4T milk
    - lunch: big salad with purple and green cabbage, 2 c spinach, cilantro, parsley, onion, *grass fed beef 10%fat*, Dressing made of 1 T full fat thousand island dressing, 3T ACV, one cooked egg yolk, mixed with a stick blender.
    - Dinner: same as lunch except either a beef patty or 4 jumbo hard boiled egg whites.
    - Supplements: I take all my oil supplements like CLA, Fish Oil, Astaxanthin, vit e, vit d, etc. every day.

    I like that I can have a giant salad and just a little creaminess in the dressing, milk in my coffee, mix all the low carb veggies, and a big breakfast serving of fruits and veggies.

    AFM: This is vlcd 16, with a two day cheat. I am down 12 lbs in 15 days, so pretty happy with that. I feel that once I got out of that first week, I can see that this is really working for me and I am actually losing a lb a day like I did on my first hcg pop round. If I add more fats, I know I will start slipping again.

    123..I was going to do a FFF today. ..you have me thinking. ....sorry about your allergies but at least your noticing them now and you know what to avoid.

    Pool..Congrats on your 2lb. Loss!

    Poo...Don't be afraid of the needles, after the first shot you will be ok.

    Lynne...12lbs in 15 days woo hoo!

    Today is day 10 of vlcd with injections 175iu's. ..so far I've lost 6.4
    I'm the same weight as yesturday 152.0 I know is not an official stall but I'm gonna do a protein shake day. My goal weight is 114 by May 27th doing 90 vlcd's.

    Nex, that is a LOT of vlcds! Many folks feel that once they get past the first 3 weeks of hcg, their losses slow down dramatically. Myself, I have been able to lose 35 lbs in 40 days, but I don't want to be that strict anymore. Good luck keeping it going for that long.

    Just thinking maybe your dose is off and that is slowing you down? What do you think? 175 seems high. (looks like you have lots of experience though!)
