    I usually have 2-3 snacks a day
Sometimes I add in breakfast of 1/2 scoop protein powder, some greens I take, 1c frozen strawberries

    typical calories:
    Lower day:600

Sara I'm not even doing the hcg protocol I'm combining HCG with Juddd (calorie cycling) so I'm totally off the reservation LOL

Good job PB now to break through to a new low, you can do it.

Andro that sounds like some definite motivation to me. Good luck figuring it all out. Do you have GNC I your are you could go and weigh at? They usually have a scale there, just weigh before you leave so you know what your scale at home says you weigh dressed and compare it. Or your Dr. office will usually let you walk in and they'll take you back for a quick weigh in, no waiting, at least the ones here will.

AFM I can't remember exactly what I weighed this morning, I swear my memory is so bad, it was either 160.2 or 160.4 so I'm going with the 160.4. That's the lowest so far and down .8 from my last down day, happy with that. Getting closer to those 150's, maybe I'll see them on my next down day weigh in. Might go up and get a foot long subway sandwich to split between breakfast and lunch. Have a craving for a turkey and ham sub for some reason. That would give me a good portion of my daily calories. Not sure if all that bread would give me issues or not, pretty sure it would so may not be a good idea, but dang a sub sounds so good. I could make my own in a pita, don't like their flatbread, but it's just not the same.

Andro - that is a great goal and you can do it! This lifestyle works if you stay the course.
PB - hot diggers dog in the loss!! Nice work
Sara - I drink wine and lots of it 😳 I don't eat the bread and didn't count calories. I can keep the weight off as long as I don't eat crap like refined sugar or starch. But sometimes I just want a bag of goldfish or triscuit pizzas and then bam, I'm fat!
Poo - you are so close to 150's!!!!

Oh and I am down over 2 lbs from the steak day!! Yay. I am at lwd. Today is protien and veggies.

Hi ladies!!! Back from my ski trip (it was gorgeous out in CO), we skiied about 6-7 hours both days, and I totally went off P3 stuff. I had toast and a couple bites of pancake with my eggs in the morning, a 1/2 chicken wrap w/veggie chili on the mountain one day, amazing grass fed steak dinner (with potatoes) one night, etc. I also started TOM. I'm up 3 lbs from LIW, but figure it's a combination of all that stuff - water retention from skiing, non P3 food, and TOM.

I had eggs with cauliflower and zucchini this morning (clearly back home in my own kitchen...), but I'm gonna try and skip snacks and lunch and have a steak for dinner tonight, so a sort-of steak day? I wasn't planning to avoid grains and starches initially, but I'm so afraid of the weight regain, I think I may.

I'm still planning to make this a planned interruption and finish up another 8-10 days after this next ski trip and Valentine's Day weekend. It's a little longer than a 2 week interruption - do you think that's okay?

Yay, sounds like you had a great time and you can totally knock that off! It's so hard when you travel and you burned tons of calories. I always lose well who steak.
My plan is to do a round in March to knock off 10-15 lbs

Nice drop from your steak day Charlie.

Glad you had a fun trip Yay. Your weight should drop down on it's own now that you are back home but some protein and clean eating will speed things along. Having a longer that 2 week interruption is fine, you may just need to inject while you eat your p3 or whatever for a day to allow the hcg to in your system before hitting P2 if it takes a bit before the appetite suppression kicks in for you so you aren't miserable. You can make it as long as you want.

Well I definitely fell face first into my up day LOL Decided against the sub sandwhich, too risky to have the bread so bought a lean cuisine Panini instead, not a bad alternative, then had some umm other stuff with it, won't say what. Lets just say I don't think I'll have any trouble getting my calories in today. Although I still have about 700 to go and need to get them in before 2 or so since I want to end my eating early and I'm pretty darn stuffed at the moment. I'm sure I will manage though

Forgot to inject this morning, DH woke up when I got up and started talking, not use to him being up when I get the kids up. Totally threw me off my routine, didn't remember to inject until I was on my way back from town a little bit ago. I assume that is why I am so hungry and enjoying my up day so very much. No appetite suppression going on today. Feed me food, lots of food. MMMM Love up days

Oops - hit send too soon! Now I'm wondering what you had with that lean cuisine!!! I totally get what you mean about the routine being thrown off. How is HCG with JUDDD going? You're rogue to the max!!

Charlie - trying to get caught up on threads, how is your P3 going? Are you feeling better? Have you stabilized at all? Did you figure out what food is the culprit?

Yay it's going pretty good. Been a little over a week and down 3lbs as of this morning. Not a fast loss but I've only had 4 down days so far so can't complain when you look at it that way. Then when I look at the foods I've been able to eat I mean I don't feel like I've dieted at all. My hcg definitely kicked in now, not sure how I'm going to get my other 700 calories in now. Going to wait until around 1:30 and try to eat lunch then. Hopefully my tummy will have room for it. Really don't want to eat dinner tonight if I can help it. Would rather give all this food a chance to work it's way through before bed time. Oh and this mornings food had some chips with the panini, a few wheat thins before I went to town, a big apple fritter to finish it all off

Yay, it's been a little rocky but as it stands I was 156.4 today and my lwd was 155.6. So I'm okay. Yesterday was 158.4 and I was freaking. So then I went to New Seasons and got two gigantic ribeye steaks and did them on a cast iron skillet. OMG butter and garlic and they were divine. John had one but I they were over 1 lb each. I had an apple and coffee with cream all day (Apple was with dinner). I dropped 2 lbs and o had wine er a bottle. Ha.

I usually like to be 150 at this point but another round will help in March. I carry my weight fairly well so I look okay.

Today was chicken with sugar free mayo, Frank's and half an avocado. I will get some berries in there too. Not sure about dinner.

Yay - try a true steak day tomorrow and ill bet you knock it off!

Poo - being down is always good!

Soooo....steak day is not happening. Buuuut look at this gorgeous salad, celery, cucumber, avocado, red pepper, and tomato! (And piece of salmon about to go on it.)

Charlie your ribeyes sound yummy. That is how I always cooked mine, garlic and butter in the cast iron skillet, mmm mmm. Hopefully I'll meat you (ha ha) down at that 155 one of these days if I ever get out of these 160's. Of course by the time I get there, you will be off and running again and leave me in the dust.

Well I finished off my calories for the day. No idea why I enjoyed todays eating so much but I sure did. Just need to finish my dark chocolate I'm nibbling on then no more eating for me. No way should you be able to eat like this and lose weight. I've done it before and lost 15lbs and kept it off (shown in my ticker) so I know you can but it just doesn't seem like it should work LOL By keeping calories to 2 meals I can have just about anything I want and easily stay within calories.

I did find another Dr. that studied Juddd style dieting and ran more clinical trials. She studied if having all your DD calories at the same time (to extend the amount of time you were fasting) or spreading them out during the day resulted in better losses, which is what I've been wondering lately. Turns out it makes no difference. Eat them in one meal or in several meals/snacks, the participants lost the same amount of weight. So I'll just stick to eating them early in the day for breakfast and lunch or just lunch and call it good. She also doesn't use any calculators and just does 500 cal for down days for everyone and no up day limit, just eat normal and people seem to do great on her plan. I checked out her fb page and see several that have lost 30lbs, 60lbs etc. Though I do see some that have had to cut back because they were close to goal and were over doing it on UDs which is logical as you get near goal.
