I started this round at 254 (2 load lbs), so now I am 240. My first round started at 277 and I lost 35 lbs in 40 days. Unfortunately it has been hard to keep my head in the game since then, and I was up and down and lots of hcg, but at least I came into this round down 23 from my original.
I made some diet changes before starting the round, having cut out sugar (all kinds), grains mostly (except going out to Indian food and Chipotle's rice), and copious amounts of low carb veggies. I started the big sludgie for breakfast before starting hcg, trying to get raw lemon, celery, cilantro/parsley/turmeric/ginger in every day. I feel like I have a handle on it this time around, not eating breadsticks (plus cheat breadsticks), looking for ways to cheat the system etc. I'm pretty happy with this round thus far and hope I can continue this way for 30 days.
