    Hey guys
    So I've been dying to use coconut oil for my lemon garlic shrimp, like I've been eating chicken for 2 days and it's just not as satisfying anyone else use coconut oil like a smidge

    I haven't used coconut oil but I do use a little Olive oil in my cooking with no issues and I know many use coconut oil to make the cocoa crack stuff and still lose so I think you'd be ok.

    I skipped the ice cream.was to scared what it would do to me.had two bites of cake but too full for anything else. I expect to see a big jump just from swelling judging by my hands and feet. Need to start back on my diuretic. I've forgotten what my ankles look like lol

    I'm here to admit and keep accountable because this is the stage where I stop taking pellets, eat what I want for 2 weeks, gain another 5 pounds then say OMG I HAVE TO GO BACK ON HCG. Wash, rinse, repeat. Not this time.

    Yesterday was an EPIC fail. My family RAVED about how good the scalloped potatoes were. So I tried them. The end. But it wasn't the end. There were girl guide cookies and wine. And the Ham was SO SO SO SO salty - are pigs salty?? Or do the salt the damn ham before it goes to the grocery store???? I need my kids to go back to school and my husband to go back to work dang it. Love them but it's hard to be on track when they're around.

    So here I sit TWO POINT FREAKING NINE POUNDS up from yesterday.

    159.8 so disgusted.

    Pounding water and getting on the elliptical to try to reduce some water retention because I know that's what it is.

    PS the scalloped potatoes were TO DIE FOR. Thankfully I only made a smallish pan because I didn't want any leftovers around this week.

    BOOOOOOO. That's all.

    LOL Pool no pigs aren't salty, well I'm pretty sure they aren't I haven't actually licked one but I have kissed baby pigs and I don't remember their kisses being salty They salt the heck out of them to cure them when they make the hams, that's why most diets say to avoid ham because it's so high in sodium. But it will flush out before you know it. Don't be so hard on yourself, you are back on track, that is what matter.

    AFM I'm going to load again today because WTH not, might as well use it as an excuse to get one last day of eating in. Hmm wonder how a load week would do.. ok maybe not but it's tempting I was up .8 from yesterday. This is the highest weight I've been since last year I think, holey heck I hope it drops fast. At this point it's going to take my whole round to get back to 160 geez. But not going to worry about that yet. Today is load day so I am going to try to do it better than I did yesterday with only one meal.

    I don't even have my food purchased yet, will have to go to the store tomorrow. Think I'll pick up chicken breast tenders to use as my protein and maybe some steak fajita strips. I'm sure the strips have some sugar in the seasoning but not enough I'm going to worry about it.

    Heading home today. Feeling worse today and my son got sick at the hotel this morning. We definitely have some sort of bug. Today is just chest congestion for me and maybe a fever. On a good note though I'm not hungry so doing a low day will be easy. I'm really curious to see the scale when I get home.

    Poobear, good luck you can do it! You will lose it it no time

    So I decided I might extend the round depending on where I'm at after 40 days. But today VLCD 6 im down 2.0 which is exciting.has anyone tried making cauliflower pizza cuz that's my dinner today I'm excited to make it with some cheese uh I love cheese. Going for a long walk with my mom now I like being her walking body.

    LOL Linda I need a walking body, right now I have a fall asleep on the couch while I'm snuggled with the dog body. In my defense I only got 3 hours of sleep last night though. I did giggle when I read your first post.

    I loaded better today but it was just snacking on bad stuff all day. I didn't eat any meals, in fact I don't think I ate any real food, just a little of this and a little of that. Not exactly a healthy load day.

    Pool - we have all been there! Yes it is hard when there are others around eating all that great stuff. It will come off, bet it is water due to the high salt. Try some apple cider vinegar it works like magic.

    Poobears haha I know I realized my mistake and thought it was funny but boy was my face red.

    So today was kinda a struggle I had some dried fruit here and there cuz I needed to fulfill my craving for sugar just a bit. Didn't eat my lunch till 3 so I was food less all day till then but I bought some pickles at the grocery store. Omg this diet is making me so slow like I can't think at all. I was ready to give up today cause I saw so much yummy food everywhere in my house but I went and looked at some motivational losses on Pinterest and got back on track.

    I just imagine myself enjoying the same foods in the near future with less worry and 30-35 pounds lighter ( depending on how much I stretch this round)

    Lindas - right? The yummy food I took for granted before this diet - mayo, avocado, ALL the veggies It's such a short time on the diet - I mean in the grand scheme of things - 40 days 50 days - it's NOT a long period of time. I can't wait to be 25 pounds lighter!!

    MDP Thanks for the encouragement! Apple Cider Vinegar definately helped!! I forgot I had it. And the fact that I stayed POP yesterday is HUGE for me - usually after a big cheat is when I go off the rails and never return lol. I need to see the 140's dang it!!

    Julz honey - hope you are feeling good.

    AFM - the dreaded Scalloped-potato-girl-guide-cookie fiasco of March is behind me (literally on my butt ha ha).

    Down 2.5 of the 2.9 gain to 157.3 - my mini goal is to get to 149 something by April 16. 8 ish pounds.
