    Poobear last time we went to the bookstore my son just looked around and said.." I have that whole series, and that whole series, and that whole series..." everywhere we looked. He likes the hardbacks too, pricey they are. He has a tall book shelf filled and three shorter ones. We are out of room for all his books!

    But he is like me. I don't even reread mine, I just like to collect them. I collect kids books though. Nice pretty colorful hardback kids books

    Ugg Poobears - this diet is hard enough mentally - being hungry is HORRID. It's too bad something bothered you in the Frequency Apps Pellets because hunger is ZERO on those!! Hope the JUDD works out!

    Can't remember who asked - maybe Kim? I'm in Canada EST I am an early riser but not that early lol - right now it's 6:11 am here!!

    Morning! I have decided my body is just a moody thing. And depending on what mood it is in, is what decides the weight. Not food, not activity just the darn mood. Well luckily today it was in a very good mood. I had DD yesterday, and wasn't even strict. Ended at 1200 calories(not DD.lol), added my yogurt and pb2 snack, wine, and 2 lemon oreos. And guess what.....


    DOWN 3LBS!!!!


    Yeah she is a crazy B. And that was after I lost 2lbs on Wednesday. So I am finally under 183 at 182.2! We have nothing special planned this weekend so I don't see any crazy eating coming up. I'll keep it simple today, just enjoy my salad for lunch and yogurt and wine tonight. That is all I need to make me happy

    First day of planned interruption P3 eating here. I only dropped .8 over the two days of no HCG, so I have only 2.8 pounds of wiggle room before I'd need a steak day. Not happy about that, but you can't win them all.

    pbgirl, ah, well, that's definitely still punishment. do you find that it works? I hear you on the books. I love to read. I load them on my kindle now. I simply ran out of room to put books on bookshelves, as much as I love collecting real copies of books. I hope you get to readjust your ticker soon, too.

    Can anyone help me figure out what I did wrong with the code for my ticker?

    We did a spur of the minute fancy wine dinner last night. Our very favorite winery in Napa - where DH proposed to me last fall - was having it's first-ever wine dinner in the city where we live. We couldn't resist. We made last minute reservations and had such a lovely date night. There were 5 courses, but very tiny, each of them, as wine dinners tend to be, so I ate the meat and veggies and gave the potatoes to my husband.

    I'm not weighing today, but I still don't feel like I went insanely crazy on my cheat - had about 1 oz. of tuna carpaccio, then a cup or so of a shaved brussel sprout salad with a vanilla viniagrette, then about 3 oz. of pork lion with about 1/4 cup of garden peas and about 4 oz. of ribeye poached in butter with roasted shallots and bone marrow butter. Then the lemon pound cake with a peach salsa and marscapone on top. But I only ate about 6 bites of that. Of course I also drank each of the five 2 oz. pours of wine they gave us to accompany each course.

    But still...I can mentally get past that cheat and be on track today. It's when I feel like I've ruined everything that I have trouble refocusing and getting back on my diet plan.

    Scully that dinner sounds like so much fun! I've never done one like that before.
    It sounds like you were very smart and even if it sets you back a day, it sounds like it was worth it.

    JUDDD is calorie cycling. up day about 1600 calories(or 1300 like mine tend to be...) and then a down day about 500 calories(or 700 like mine tend to be.lol).
    This is what I am currently trying. Doing great on maintaining, still working on the losing part.
    I like it because every other day I can eat what I want and I'm finding I am not splurging as much on my UD as in the beginning. I eat a little more but nothing special. I am trying to save all out splurges for social events/ every 2 weeks.

    Scully so sorry hon - I know you asked about tickers a couple of times - I know nothing about them!! You could message the forum tech guy? I'm not sure where to find him but poobears will know!!

    Ugg PB I got so jealous when I read "eat what I want every other day" HA HA!!! I didn't do well on it - I tried it about a year ago!! I ended up just maintaining lol. Then again it was when I was on prednisone so that skewed it I'm sure - I would DEFINITELY look into it for maintenance AFTER HCG though!!

    Kim you're gonna do great!! 2.8 to stay within you got this!!

    I had my crazy HIIT class this morning - I did eat an egg and egg whites before though - roguey me lol. It was SO hard!!! I mean it's hard whether I'm doing HCG or not. Anyway hoping for a good loss tomorrow because I usually do after class!!

    For the ticker we don't use the old code anymore. Try using the second code the bbc one I think it is. Go into edit signature and try pasting the one of the other options and preview it. One of them will work. Then you have to go to the website to change it. We can't have clickable signatures anymore like in the past but we can still use the tickers. A bit of a pain but what can ya do?

    I lost 15lbs on JUDDD last fall and kept it off so I know I do well on it when I stick to the rotations and the #'s I need to be on. It's just a matter of sticking to it. It does make me want to overeat on up days after a while though by depriving myself on down days. That gets to be a bit sketchy but that goes for any super low cal diet, hcg or anything. It triggers that binge part of my brain. A higher calorie more stable diet doesn't do it as much but there's good and bad to any plan.

    I haven't quite decided what I'm going to do. May just take a bit of a break and then just do another cycle of HHCG for a week. Plan for now is just keep the HHCG out of my system and for a while and let it settle down, see if hunger returns to normal. It's after 1pm now and I haven't eaten yet today so today should be a pretty light day. Which is good because yesterday was a pretty bad day LOL The scale is showing it too.

    At first I had more of the binge mentality on up days. Now that I've been doing it for a few months though, I no longer feel so deprived. I know there are lots of opportunities to eat what I want so no need to overdue. It used to be treats in the lounge...eat as much as I can becasue this is the only cheat day so get it in while I can.
    Now I know in two days if there are more I can still have some so I'll just eat one or two.
    I'm even flirting with having cookies in my house. The rule is only 1-2 on up days, but even yesterday one snuck in on a down day. But I didn't feel bad and blow it all having more like I would before. I'm seeing one or two of something isn't killing my weight so I can allow it every other day.
    Todays salad came with a cookie. No guilt in eating it and I am not scared anymore it will make me gain. Im learnign to just keep the rest of the day in check......

    I'm the opposite, it doesn't trigger it until further along in the plan. I do fine for a while then it will start bringing up old binge feelings. I don't get into the eat it today because I can't have it tomorrow mentality, it's not that. Not quite sure how to explain it other than it's just binge triggers being flipped after a while. I don't even want or crave the food, I just have to eat the food to shut the brain up. But it's not full out binges like old days it's like baby binges, mentally and physically feels the same since I don't eat that way anymore but calorie wise it's probably 1500-1800 in a day instead of thousands of calories.

    Guess the HHCG is finally gone, hunger is much better. Have only had a square of dark chocolate today when my sugar felt a little low earlier and been good since then. Hungry now though so I'll probably eat and keep it around 300 cal or so. Maybe some soup and crackers if I have any of the enchilada soup in there.
