    At ballgame today. It's hot and my hands and feet are so swollen they hurt like crazy. I need to figure out how to prevent this or it is going to be a long painful swollen summer of baseball games!

    PB have you been checking your blood pressure? mine usually don't do it too bad unless my pressure is up.

    Well I got 5 miles in on the bike. Planned on doing 5 more after dinner but the dog is sleeping on my leg. She's determined I am not going to get back on. She doesn't like me using it because she can't get her loves while I'm on it. Yes she's a little spoiled LOL If she gets up pretty soon I will hop on. If not I'll call it a day with the 5.

    Poobear I checked it and it was fine. They increased my dosage of BP meds recently so I guess they are working.
    I guess I'll try drinking lots of water if I'm going to be in the heat and see if that helps.

    That's all I have to say about having just chicken and veggies at the party.

    HA.

    And then I thought it would be extra fun to get on the scale.

    153.5 from 149.1 = 4.1 up

    Doh. And I am SO SWOLLEN!! Even my lips are swollen lol. My fingers feel like fat little sausages.

    But you know what? The party was fantastic - 60 people (hockey friends) having a blast so eff you HCG for the night

    OK gotta go drink a bucket of water and assess the damage to the house lol.

    Pool I'm glad you had fun. The good thing about a huge gain like that is you will see big drops now! It will set you back a week but sometimes we just have to live. No regrets

    . AFM somehow I managed to have a 1300 calorie day and I LOST 2.4lbs! Today is supposed to be a DD and I'm at 182.4. Great place to start the week. Although two lower days in a row don't usually work so I may aim for another 1200 calorie day. I figure I'll just see when I feel like eating

    Pool the memories are worth it, the sodium will flush right out. Do a protein based day and whoosh those pounds right out.

    Nice start to the week PB

    Well DD and I started out the day with an hour of zumba and 5 miles on the exercise bike. Thought I was going to die but in a good way. Ate bad for lunch though awww well at least the exercise was good, not doing it for any weight loss anyways, just for toning. Not even worrying about my weight right now, I'm tired of dieting. I'll focus on exercising and toning up. I don't mind being in the 160's so for now I'll just hang out here. As long as I don't go up that's fine with me. I'd rather be in the 150's but meh I like food so 160's will do LOL

    Poobear good job on the exercise!

    I gave in and went shopping. Tired of clothes being too tight. Up to a size 12 I kept it minimal, bare necessities one pair shorts, Capri black pants for work, and comfy wind pant capris. Time to face the reality that hot weather is here and spokes clothes for cover.

    What the heck! I was in 12's at 160 lbs. How are you at 183 and in 12's! Clothes frustrate me. I know size shouldn't matter...lol I have a pair of 10 J Crew shorts that are still pretty snug, and I'm 146 this morning.

    edit, the 10's actually fit. I tried the back again.

    That is crazy Kim! I was a 6 at my lowest of 145. although one really nicely sized pair of pants I had was 4. I had three pairs of those!lol
    I'm 5'5 so height might be the difference.

    Good Morning all! I am up .4 today. I only had 950 calories yesterday but as I've learned 2 low days in a row don't work for me. So I will aim for about 1200 today to avoid any gains and maybe I can see 181 this week.
