I didn't weigh again today, I meant to but just haven't been remembering it until I am partially dressed and then I'm too lazy to get undressed. I know I am around 166-167 though. I don't need a scale to know what I weigh, I can always tell within a pound or two. Wound up doing the hour of zumba and 7.5 miles on the bike yesterday. Wanted to do 10 miles but oldest DS and his GF stopped by when I was 2.5 miles into my 2nd 5 miles on the bike so I stopped to visit with them. By the time they left there was no way I was going to start back up. I'm a little sore today, especially my knees, think I might have overdone it a wee bit yesterday for my ole knees. Still need to get in at least 5 miles may break it up into 2 short sessions though just to baby them today.

Well got my five miles in but didn't do it until 7:30 because I was lazy.That was horrible doing it that late.don't think I'll do that again.glad I did it though. Now I can go to bed without guilt.

AFM - uh been off the rails for 3 days. Knew that would happen lol!! Not going near the scale and today and this day forward is POP. SO much bloat and inflammation I haven't even been able to get my rings on for DAYS. Why do I do that to myself?

UGH up 2lbs today! I'm never going to get below 182I was even good yesterday. 1500 calories. quest bar, turkey wraps, carrots and hummus, pudding, dehydrated apple snacks, and yogurt. Can store bought turkey effect that much? I sometimes wonder. But I am loving my turkey wraps right now. DD today, but of course there are treats are in the lounge so I know a few might be had. I'll keep it small though, bite here and there.

Is it deli meat Turkey PB? It's possible it's the sodium!!! The deli meats are killer sodium.

Yep deli turkey can be like ham and high sodium like Pool said. Some is and some isn't, just depends on what kind you get.
Well I weighed this morning and I was 167 so right about where I figured I was, I don't need a scale, I always know what I weigh, can't fool myself LOL I definitely notice my calves toning up from the zumba and the biking so that's nice. I'm sure I'd be down if I watched what I ate but right now I don't want to so I won't, have a major chip and dip addiction going on a the moment![]()
That's good to know about the turkey. I wonder if I can buy some of the more natural kind. I do react a lot to sodium but I love how easy and tasty a turkey wrap is. I also started on Progesterone so I hope that won't effect me any. I have been on meds for being sick for 3 weeks. I had one day off yesterday clean of all meds, and now 2 weeks more![]()

Progesterone can cause edema and weight gain so that may be something to keep an eye on. If you notice a lot of swelling it could be from that until you adjust to it.

I agree with that strategy, keep things in check but know you may see a bump up. On the other hand many people take it with no weight gain or swelling so you might get lucky. I never get that lucky though LOL
Got in 7 miles in a single session on the bike tonight, was going to do 5 but decided I didn't want to get my body too use to stopping at 5 or it would put a mental block there and make me think I couldn't do anymore than that at one time. So made myself go further. Wasn't too bad. Want to get worked up to 10 at one time. I could have made it tonight if I would have kept going but figured I'd ease up to it. My butt was killing me. I even put a cushion for my tushy and it still hurts but not as bad as without it. Geez hope it toughens up soon. I am glad I didn't go with a standard bike. I never would have been able to handle a regular bike seat, hurts bad enough using this one. Dang tailbone.
No weigh yet for me lol. I'm so afraid that if I weigh and see 150's that I'm going to go off the rails again!! So I'm trying to wait until I'm SURE it's 140's - I FEEL bigger so..... yea. UGG frustrating!!!
