    Morning all! somehow I managed to lose 1.4 today even though I had 1400 calories yesterday, including 8 meatballs, 4 pinwheels and 4 mini milky way bites. But the rest of the day was just chicken. Doing a DD today so maybe I can see another loss, although not expecting much. I am at 183.0 today.

    Yeah, I know all about that boob weight Rogue daily chat. Mine drooped so bad after my final round, that I went on to have a reduction/lift and can now easily go braless at least a few days a week.

    Well only down .2 today. Keeping it simple, salad and chicken today. I guess I was stuck where I would always go down to 183 and no lower. Now I keep dropping to 182.8 and no lower. So I guess I'm inching my way down. Just takes weeks to do every little bit.

    I STILL haven't gotten on the scale. Probably the longest I ever haven't lol but I REALLY don't want to see the number - I'm sure it's around 153.... Saturday I was 149.2 or something. I think Sunday or Monday if I can wait that long....

    I weighed myself for three days straight and I was 173.6, despite being pretty darn clean to the plan. Bummer, but I stuck with it and today I was 172.2 lbs. That felt much better. See how obsessed I get with the scale?! I'm trying to decide how long I want to do this round. I have two shots left from my current batch, so I might take a break after that. It'd be 36 days of shots.

    The things I want to be slimmer for in May are on May 3, May 15 and May 22. So I have been debating whether to mix up another batch of 12 days worth of shots, knowing that I'd waste some of them so that I could be off the VLCD for May 3. Hmmmmm....

    Honestly, I think 36 days is enough for one round. I'll take a three week break and then get back on track. Do you guys stop for three weeks? Or less? Or more? I'm definitely not doing the gazillion-week break between cycles.

    The BIG thing I want to be slim for is, of course, my late August European cruise. I can do it!

    pbgirl, I'm wishing you all sorts of good luck on this cycle. it's exciting and nervewracking to do an IUI cycle. So many possibilities!!!! I know lots of people who had success on the first IUI.

    sdwis, I want a boob lift, too. Down the road it's a definite thing!

    Morning!!!

    Ugg I finally weighed - 153.8 so still up 4.7 - I haven't been TERRIBLY good the last few days.... And the strange thing is that I feel like it's BECAUSE I haven't gotten on the scale since Sunday.... I feel like because I didn't know what my weight was I sort of gained (no pun intended) an attitude like it didn't matter. It's better that I weighed....

    Scully - my next "thing" is June 8 when my sister comes. As for in between - I don't plan to wait longer than 3 weeks for sure...actually I'm planning to cycle a bit so maybe a week in between...

    PBgirl - how's the water retention? Hopefully it misses you!!

    Poo - how many miles last night And I TOTALLY forget - are you still on a round?? Pellets?

    I haven't really noticed water retention yet so fingers crossed!
    I am up .4 today to 183.something. I had about 1300 calories yesterday but snacked later becuase we had my son's baseball until 9:30. Tonight is our first kickball game so we are going to Agave Mexican before hand. But I am keeping it simple, a rumchada strawberry daquiri(super yummy) and chips and dip. It's very cheap to eat this way too.lol. I have been craving Agave Mexican for a while so deffinitly a planned splurged.
    Today I'm sticking to salad so hopefully I will minimize the damage.

    Sorry you are up Pool hopefully it will drop soon.

    I haven't used the bike the last 2 days, haven't had a spare minute to get on it. Hopefully I can get some miles in today after I get errands run but I have to take DD shopping after school to pick up an outfit to wear to prom, she's working the refreshment stand and for some reason needs a new outfit to do it LOL

    Oh and no I'm not taking pellets or anything, eating way too bad to worry about taking pellets.

    Glad you haven't seen any fluid retention PB that's good. You may skip the side effects of the med. Mexican sounds yummy.

    Hello ladies I'm going to be doing my first "rogue" round ever, a la hcg 2.0 My last round was in late 2013 I believe and i never stabilized well. I'm a certified nutrition coach now and Ive eaten extremely clean after my rounds but I dunno, perhaps I didn't lsoe well due to the fruit and minimal protein. I'm hoping I can better stabilize this time.

    I've been terrible about checking in! I haven't been able to get to the app when I think to check in so I'm slacking. Just wanted to let you know I'm doing fine. I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow. Baby is good too had an ultrasound this week, will check for growth in another month due to my blood clotting issue and they'll induce me at 39 weeks due to the blood thinners that way I can for sure have an epidural. I've been dealing with stomach issues for the past couple weeks and it's just pregnancy stuff. Unfortunately there isn't much rhyme or reason to what I eat that bothers me, luckily Tums works. But it mostly seems to hit me when I want to sleep! DH is painting a second coat on the closet as we speak. Closet organizer is ordered and will be in before the first baby shower, so that's good. I will go back and read to catch up since I actually got the app to load!

    Julz I'm so excited for you. It's getting so close!

    Well I had my Mexican I've been craving and it was horrible! Hour and half, slow service almost made US late for our kickball game. And after eating I felt soooo sick. Plus the meat was waaaaaaaaaaay to salty. I expect a huge gain tomorrow and it wasn't even worth it we won our game though
