    JULZ!!!!!!! So happy to see you check in. You are heading to the 10 week countdown OMGosh so excited for you. UGH on the heartburn I remember those days, maybe the baby is pushing upwards. Wait for the foot wedged between your ribs, that's fun LOL

    PB sorry your Mexican food wasn't as good as you hoped but yay on the win. It always sucks when you finally go out to eat and get bad food and bad service. Waste of time and money and worst of all food, grrr

    Well it wasn't until after 7pm but I managed to squeeze in 10 miles on the bike tonight. Ugh those last couple of miles were brutal, did pretty good until then but then I started feeling it, especially in my knee and ankle. I made it though. Hope I don't regret it when I try to get out of bed in the morning.

    Sorry all, i have been on a biz trip with lots of food, BUT DID NOT GAIN!!!!! It is a miracle....will wait a week or so and the. Start a new round....glad to see everyone is still here and doing well....welcome Kat!

    Thank you poobears After looking at my old posts from 2013, it appears that I cycled at the very end haha. So I'm not as new here as I thought.

    Quick question for you ladies. Do you know of any kool-aid type mixes with stevia perhaps? I'd like to make some sugar free kosher jello without aspertame. I have some gelatin, and since Im not gonna do fruit, I cant put like strawberries and stuff in there. Any ideas? I remember a while back, I made hibiscus tea and added the gelatin. It was really nice! I may have to stck to teas again if I can't find anything else

    MPD you are definitely stabilized this round, no doubt about that. Great job.

    Kat I'm pretty sure they make Koolaid with stevia in it instead of sugar and minute maid drinks so those might be options to try. I can't do stevia, it triggers my migraines so I try to avoid it.

    I should do a round since the girls and I are planning a couple of mini beach vacations this summer. Would love to get at least 10-15lbs off before hitting the beach but UGH hate to think about dieting again. I just don't wanna..........said in my whiniest voice

    Kat I think Kroger brand water mixes use stevia.

    AFM only up my normal 1.4 today. I'm surprised since my Mexican was soooo salty. Today isn't turning out to be a very low day due to baseball tournament so I might see more gain tomorrow. I haven't eaten bad, just not low. After baseball though my feet are extremely swollen! And unfortunately we promised we would go to comedy night tonight when all I want to do is chill at home for the rest of the day.

    PB - LOVE Mexican food!! But yea a bigger bump would have been expected.

    Poobears I WISH you would do a round lol - purely selfish reasons I need you to keep me on the straight and narrow...

    Because I am OFF THE RAILS people. Haven't even taken pellets in a couple of days. No weighing - just eating ARGG.

    I am getting BACK on the rails Monday (Tuesday latest LMFAO!!) I have until June 4 or so to move into P3 before my sister arrives.

    Don't worry Pool I'm sure you'll be warned before you get booted if you slip up. LOL I really do need to do a round, like really, really. I just can't seem to get myself to do it. With exercising I think my results would be decent if I did it. Maybe I shouldn't try a regular round, maybe I should just try counting calories or something that isn't so strict.

    crazy busy baseball weekend. I managed to keep it to .4 gain today. Did the best I could this weekend having crazy schedule at ball field and date night. No DD at all but hopefully I can stick around 185 until Tuesday when I can get a DD in. Bbq night tomorrow! My son got 2nd place in his tournament. I don't think my nerves can handle these championship games!
    He also was having a hitting slump since the season started. Hits like crazy in the batting cage and at practice but a game..nothing. Well today he hit a beautiful one to the fence and got a home run. I admit I was so excited I got a little tears eyed for him.lol
    Now though I'm exhausted and feel like I need a weekend.lol

    Yay for your DS PB maybe that will get him going for the season. Good job on keeping the eating in check. I hear ya on needing a weekend, it was prom weekend for DS here, plus youngest DD worked it so 2 kids went to it. I took oldest DD to the movies so we had something to do. I'm not use to staying up that late. Then Dh start texting me from work around 1am just as I was starting to get to sleep. I was falling to sleep between texts LOL

    I didn't get any bike miles in on Sat since it was prom craziness but made up for it with 15 miles yesterday, 5 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon. Yay me. Watched a movie on my tablet to pass the time, made it a lot easier, even though I have the big TV in the front room I can't focus watching movies on it. I get way too distracted. Only time I ever manage to watch a whole movie is at a theater with the lights off or if it's on a little screen like my computer or phone with headphones on where I can block everything out. Gotta run to town and get some errands done then will try to get at least 5 miles done this morning. Though TOM showed up out of no where this morning, explains the 3lb gain that randomly showed up the other day and the bloated tummy, so not feeling like doing much. I at least want to get 5 miles done today.
