    AFM only up .4 again. Sticking at 185.0. That is my usual higher weight so for this weekend, that is good. Still no DD today but salad, hummus, and then bbq tonight as my dad is dropping by on his way back home. So I will just eat a burger with cheese, no bun. Secretely hoping I can still lose with this plan, but not expecting to do anything more than maintain. Tomorrow is a DD for sure!

    I Had to share this rogue secret! So, I love peanut butter. I sincerely think that my body prefers non animal forms of protein and I am on my second round of injections. First round 47 days - 29 lbs. I followed protocol to the t! This second round has been harder from the get go. We took 12 days off and went back on w/o loading. I think they call it cycling. Anyway, I have a toddler who loves peanut butter for his afternoon snack and is been almost impossible to resist so I tried something new. Chocolate /peanut butter shake!
    1 tbsp of cocoa =10 cal
    2 tbsp of PB2 (peanut butter powder) =45 cal
    2ozs of low fat cottage cheese =50 cal
    1/2 cup of fat free milk =45 cal
    SSplash of vanilla
    Sweetener of choice to taste
    Throw it all in the blender with about 2cups of ice and it turns into liquid GOLD! Since this is 150 calories, i used it to Replace my protein and fruit. I figured the sugar from the milk would replace the apple and the protein from the peanut butter dust would replace the meat. I still had a veggie for dinner and this shake for dessert. Here's the best part, the first day I lost a full pound. The second day I lost 2.8 lbs! I have read through this site on and off for 2 years (baby weight) and this is the first time in sharing because just maybe this will help someone who's about to dive head first in a jar of peanut butter! Also, if you haven't tried pb2 before, I highly recommend it! They press the oil out of peanuts for a low fat delicious peanut dust!

    Jesnlil that sounds delicious! I'll have to try it.
    I love using pb2 powder. I like to add it to yogurt to make pb yogurt.

    Hey all!!!

    That peanut butter powder - I'm always on the hunt for it I've never seen it in our grocery store?? Maybe have to order online Thanks for the tip Jesn!

    PBgirl - HMM love BBQ - that's great if you can maintain - losing would be good too lol!!

    Kat - where in Ontario? I'm sort of near Toronto.

    AFM - well I started my pellets again and am "lightly" loading. Don't feel like I need to load but I do feel like eating all of those forbidden foods for a couple of days ha ha. Gained back some of what I lost. Sigh. But I'm running out of time - 43 or so days til my sister comes. I NEED to be in the 130's or I'm going to be MISERABLE. Still won't be POP - but less rogue (I hope so I can lose more).

    So gotta stay on track!!!

    Pool I haven't loaded for a while. I just jump right back in.

    They have pbfit powder at Sam's club. (I think that's the name). It's a huge container for only $10 I think k so way cheaper than pb2.

    BBQ was grilling, not actually BBQ sauce. I was good and just had burger to cheese and bacon, no bun.

    Oh and I was wrong, I lost. 4 today not gained! Silly me. Lol

    Hello all,
    i have still maintained and am hilding at my weight, even with Blue Bell i e cream and wine! i had a crazy busy week with a trip vi airplane - which is just miserable at my weight....flew economy - really, the seats are so tiny children could not fit! it was miserable....but the seat belt fit, that was a miracle.

    Then had compant all weekend so never had any down time at all, then jumped right back into a crazy busy day with o time for lunch so I ended up earing fast food, not good.

    pool, I am starting a new rou d very soon, have to check it against the calendar...

    Poo....what new rules??

    Pb, i lovveee Mexican food and need to have some before this next round for sure!

    mpd I'm so happy you are maintaining so well! Exspecially with all that! It sounds like you have stabilized very well.

    AFM same today as yesterday. I'll take it. I'm going to do the best DD I can but we have faculty meeting and parent event tonight until 7:30 so it may have to be a bit higher than usual. Hopefully hunger coperates.

    MPD I hope I stabilize like you!! You are ROCKING it

    PB - Great no gain!!

    AFM - yea I really don't NEED to load PB HA HA - I just want to. I really messed up this round!!! I started it at 161 - I'm at 155.4 right now (lowest was down to 149.1 before I went off the rails on the crazy train) - still going to load today I just REALLY want an egg sandwich - such a wild woman. Anyway I should be able to start a CLEAN (ish) round 5 pounds lower than before so I'm happy about that - so much less daunting to start at 155 ish than 161!! Feels like the 140s will be closer (again).

    mpd that is fabulous! How long have you been in P3?

    AFM down only .6 for a DD. Not so good, but then again it wasn't the lowest DD. Sitting at 184.6. I need to work my way back to 182 again. One step forward, two steps back it seems.
