    I did great not even wanting the pasta today.. But.......the darn little yummy lemon mini desserts and Sam's club cookies left over in the lounge. Sweets kill me! No will power there. But I had salad for lunch and skipped dinner. And a little more good with the bad.. I did Pilates AND a walk tonight I get $2 today for a workout and hitting 10,000 steps.

    PB you are due for like a 10 pound water drop!! WOW those jumps are crazy but you KNOW it's not actual weight - water for sure!! I'm with you on the sweets.

    AFM down .6 to 153.5 - surprising considering I ate 2 pieces of delish cornbread last night!!! I know I should have thrown the leftovers away but there they were staring me in the face lol. And I had my brutal class yesterday so I usually have a big drop the day after that!!

    Rogue daily chatup today, who knows why? Hope it drops off tomorrow....imam just treading water. Inhave been dealing with a terrible back/leg issue ans can barely move, so NO exercise at all....

    Still struggling in the Lose/Gain pattern and ending up high. Up today to 187 Soooo high. It's so hard to keep my head in it though, I keep being on different meds and I don't know if it affects my weight. I've also been having swelling a lot lately, adn...I admit having too many sweets. But my calories are always 1400 or lower, usually 1200 even when I eat bad stufff. Darn myfitnesspal keeps telling me if I eat like that every day I'll be 179 in 5 week! It's been saying that for months!lol

    So I'll just hang in best I can. Until all the med stuff is over. I did do good yesterday and walked in between my sons two baseball games, so I made my 10,000 steps for the day! Yes, focus on the positive! That's my pep talk to myself.

    PB that has to be so frustrating.
    I finally broke down and went to the MD yesterday and got a prescription for prednisone for my hip and back and leg and everything that I have been dealing with for the past month. I know this will probably make me gain weight so I'm coming off hCG while I finish this round of meds.

    Pool good luck with being out of town!

    Mpd yes unfortunately prednisone makes you hungry, but it will help you feel better that's for sure. Also don't worry about your weight while you're on it because it does cause a lot of water retention. My fave always blows up when I'm on it.

    Pb sorry you're struggling, hope you had a good weigh this morning!

    Today I'm having my family shower and am nervous! I am just not one of those people that likes all the attention, but I'll get through it. Getting ready to leave in a bit. Here is an in progress room picture. Started putting up the gold polka dots

    Same today. Went garage sales this morning though and got 8500 steps in! It was a subdivision so lots of walking between houses. So far very little calories and we are taking a nap soon, so maybe I can have a lower day today.

    Can I join you guys?

    I'm not new to HCG but this is my first round after 3 years. I'm on day 1 of P2 and doing well. I've always had eggs with success because beef usually makes me gain and I couldn't tolerate fish and chicken anymore. In fact, I have avoided chicken tenders since 2013, yuck!

    I want to try a couple different things this time, mostly strictly on protocol but also a bit of cottage cheese and Fage every now and then. I made lemon chicken with roasted radishes for lunch today and thinking about a cabbage soup for dinner.

    Any tips about cottage cheese and Fage use? Favorite recipes?
