Finally tried the Bengal Spice tea. It is hard to believe it has no sweetener in it.
I love it. Thanks for the tip Rose

It actually might have sweetener in it. "natural flavors" can mean just about anything, including lab-produced flavors. In the list of things the FDA approves to be lumped under natural flavors: imitation sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose. Artificial sweeteners mimic natural chemicals, so they are considered a "natural" flavor by the FDA. Its a deceptive practice that lets companies hide things they think consumers might not like seeing in the ingredients list.

I'm not sure writing the company about what is in their "natural flavors" would tell you, since if they wanted to disclose that they would have just listed the ingredients. But if you are concerned, it might be worth a try.

I wrote to a company that listed "natural flavors" on a chicken product. They wrote back and said it was rosemary oil. Now, what could be a possible reason for not just listing rosemary oil? I would think that would be a plus to most ingredient list readers. I suppose they could consider it a proprietary ingredient, but it makes me suspicious that I didn't get all of the truth.

I know what you mean. I hate when products leave ingredients out. I don't believe it's right. But I actually think there isn't any sweetener in the tea, as the package even says add Milk and sugar for a true Chai experience lol.

I love the Black Chai tea as well. And I have a couple I got from David's Tea that I enjoy as well.

Skinny Pop Popcorn! I can’t stay away from it! Help!!
Besides a few nuts here and there I’m doing fine staying within protocol.

Iíve noticed that people can get away with eating certain things that have no impact. I wonder if itís because doing the drops instead of shots changes things. My sister and I have noticed this. I donít think any extensive studies have been done on this, nor have foods been tested. I do the drops and know that green beans do nothing to stall weight loss. Iíve mixed veggies, too, and eat the fat on steak (within reason). I wish new studies were done with people using the drops. I think the food categories would change.

I'm not sure that the type of HCG delivery into a person's system changes what they can and can't eat. The HCG is there regardless (as long as the source is genuine). I've done rounds with hHCG, and drops and subQ and IM injections with "real" HCG. My "rogue" ways and cheats have resulted in the same effects (some with no effect and some with large effect). Everyone reacts a bit differently to HCG, and what some can "get away" with, others find don't work for them. I think it has more to do with each individual person than the method of HCG delivery.

Last round I had vodka and club soda often and would still lose weight the next day. Sometimes it seemed to work as a diuretic, which would work in my favor. I also had sashimi, miso soup, and seaweed a few times during that round.

I have eaten between 800-1000 calories a day and included fat in my diet. Taking Lipo/B12 injections. I have lost 12 lbs in 16 days this round.....we will see how the rest goes! I have not had the tiredness, migraines, etc. that usually makes me stop the injections.... And the increased calories are on Dr.s orders. Maybe the weight comes off faster at lower calories....but if I have to stop altogether, that doesn't help me at all....so I am totally rogue!
No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat. Without a brain, you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office.
