Check the ingredients in the La Croix. It might say “natural flavors,” which is the culprit for me most times.
Typically if I drink vodka, I do it with club soda and once with (plain) San Pellegrino sparkling water. Looking in my journal, each time I drank vodka and club soda, the next day I’d lose. It’s like a diuretic for me or something.

Up 2 lbs. Definitely learned my lesson. Staying away from La Criox too. I’ve had it before in other rounds and been okay, but cutting it just in case. Sigh.
Has cutting La Croix made a difference?

Hi there! I think some people can do fine with la criox and others don’t. I was one that didn’t do well. The “natural flavors” in the ingredients are fruit essence according to la criox so maybe it does contribute to stalling or gaining. I know others who drink San pellegrino and are fine. It’s your call. If you can drink and do well, keep enjoying it. I miss la criox and can’t wait till P3! Waaaa!

Yeah. San Pellegrino is just mineral water. Nothing else added. Just regular San Pellegrino, not flavored.
