    Morning all. My old not so nice friend of 165 is back Having a rough day. I always get real emotional before hubby leaves, extremely sad, which I tend to act out against him as very grumpy. I try to fight it but extremely upset feelings always creep in. Our date night tonight is getting all messed up because my son now has practice from 5-7 which means hubby will be running him around before our softball game. So much for hanging out before hand I'm going to go out with coworkers and hopefully he can drop by while my son is practicing. I origionally just wanted us both to go out with everyone before the game. Hopefully this mood changes because if not I'm going to end up ruining our last two days together.

    Awww, I hope your day gets better pb. I can imagine how you are feeling. Try to make the most of your night. Maybe focusing on something more positive will improve your mood.

    Mood is improved...for now I just went to the park with K-2 kids. Had a nice walk there, play time, (couldn't eat the hot dogs), and a nice walk back. Little chilly but beautiful day! oh how I hate these womanly mood swings...grumpy...happy...grumpy....happy...lol

    OMg SNow!!! Are you kidding me!!! I'm ready for the warmer weather coming next week again. I gave in and turned the heat back on last night.

    Wow Kansas! Snow? Really?? I guess I remember one June when it snowed in Colorado. Well it's almost too hot here already. It was almost 80 this morning at 7:30 as I was driving to the trail.

    Pb, hope your mood stays up. It's hard I'm sure having him leave. He gets it I'm sure but I know you want to enjoy your time. Hang in. Glad you got some joy out of the k-2 kids! Oh and be gone 165!!!!!

    Belfrybat welcome back! Sounds interesting this 2.0. Good luck with P2.

    AFM, I decided not to weigh today. I think I need a break from the scale. It's giving me permission to eat (or not eat even) and feel like crap. So I feel ok, stomach was upset this morning but that's to be expected. When you eat a bunch of Fruit juice sweetened candy just gives you the $#!+s!!. Lol! Sorry tmi!! Plus I had an amazing acai bowl last night. I wanted it at 4 in the afternoon And I shoulda just had it then. Body was needing good carbs and fat. But my head was saying no you can't eat that. Argh! Then I had it anyway at like 9pm and kinda binged on other stuff. We have this great place here that makes these healthy bowls and smoothies. They have acai, fruit, nuts and nut butter or coconut, pea protein, granola, honey, you can add kale or flax. All kinds of stuff from bee pollen to chia. Anyway it's so good and good for you. So I'm learning myself here. Which is I guess what this journey is about.

    So this morning. I didn't weigh. I had coffee with h&h and CO and 1L water with electrolytes. I also took some Bcaas and lcarnitine and went for a good hike. Then came home and made a big smoothie. Added a little honey and 1/4 banana to my normal P3 smoothie. Stomach still purging stuff out so not sure if I'll be hungry for lunch. We will see. Just going to drink water and try to enjoy the day. Yoga and happy hour tonight. Not going to put myself in front of the mirror at yoga and staying off the scale. Just gotta get rested, dial it back in and try to balance out a bit.

    Hey guys,
    Yep Im back I did the diet perfect originally I think it was about 2 months and lost about 40lbs. I have allowed myself lots of stress eating and could never quite get back to plan. I remember lots of people doing things outside the plan and doing great. I was wondering if anyone ever tried a different diet plan completely while doing shots. I love smoothies, protein shakes etc. Or weight watchers, every other day diet, atkins etc. I like the way I feel on hcg and wasnt hungry but hate the food plan. The few things I have tried didnt work so I didnt want to experiment much more.

    I will check out 2.0 I never heard of it. Has anyone read up on Dr Emmas plan? She was on the Dr Oz show talking about it. Her Ebook is 25 dollars so I wanted to find out if anyone has it or has done it. Not sure it is exactly rogue but maybe someone has done it.

    Brender you're in the right place! I'm sure several others will chime in. Lots of variations esp with vegan and vegetarians so that's great info too. I'm not either but I like a lot of veg food. Personally this round I had protein shakes a couple times and quinoa instead of grissini several times, I also had a little flax. I think I had squash once... Had wine several times lol. But I did a lot according to true P2. Oh I had breakfast everyday tho... And I always mixed veggies, But stayed 500 calories or close. And very little fat. So others may have more insight. I had 3 egg whites and 1/2yolk or fat free Greek yogurt every day for breakfast. HTH oh and I had blueberries several times.

    Hey everyone
    Kansas we had a frost this morning but no snow. Still hated seeing it. At least it was only that cold for a few hours so the plants seem to have made it through with their blooms and buds in tact. Much better than our last frost that killed all the new growth.

    Thanks for thanks for the info on the 2.0 I knew it was something like that but didn't know how to figure your protein range.

    Bender welcome back, I am currently doing hcg drops with weigh watchers to see if it will boost losses. Not a very good time to experiment though because I was in a major stall when I switched but after the stall broke I seem to be losing about the same as I would on hcg this far into plan. I am definitely losing a ton more inches than I normally would with WW alone. Dealing with a few other med issues currently to so not sure how big the #'s would be if I was normal LOL

    AFM I swear I am cursed or something. So today starts off good, wake up to a 1.8 loss!!!!! That's the mystery 1lb I was up yesterday + and extra .8. Happy dance, happy dance. Then we decide since the weather is nice and not raining like it was suppose to be to go ahead and go to the theme park with DD. I haven't used any of my weekly points so figure I'll give myself a free day today. Fun! right? Yeah not so much. We get over there and enjoy walking around and just window shopping etc while DD is riding rides with her classmates. Dh and I share a big cookie, so far so good. More walking, knee is giving me fits but i'm a big girl and suck it up, we are enjoying the day.
    Finally lunch time rolls around. Yippee I tell Dh to decide what he wants and that is ok with me. He wants buffet instead of something from one of the cook stands. But we can't remember which one of the buffets we liked and which one we didn't, there are 2 side by side. I tell him to just pick one, I'm sure it will be fine. He picks the fried chicken/homestyle one. In we go we sit and talk and just have a relaxing meal. I get a salad with ranch, a piece of chicken, small spoon of mashed potato, mac & cheese and potato salad with a little piece of chocolate cake for dessert. We sit down and I start to eat the salad but the ranch doesn't taste right. Has a sharp taste to it, figure it's just me since I'm not use to eating it anymore. Eat a few bites of chicken (notice it doesn't look quite done) and hmm not feeling so good, one bite of mashed potato and a bite of mac and cheese. Uh oh really not feeling good.
    I spy the bathroom and make a run for it. Well I'll spare you the details but I'm fairly certain I got food poisoning. Either from the ranch or the chicken who knows but I spent the rest of the day with massive cramps. We live about an hour and a half from the park, longest ride ever but so far haven't had to run to the bathroom anymore. The cramps and tummy ache won't go away though. Haven't eaten since then and don't plan to today just drinking water. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    Checking in....first day on fast metabolism diet, down 3 pounds!! Giing to try this for awhile, then jump in with a round or two...

    Hey Brender, inhave had great success going rogue....i always have coffee, mix my veggies and have berries with
    No fat fage with and no fat whipped cream. Lost 57 pounds....then did some emo eating so need to lose some I regained....
