Oh, and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, for taste...I could've used nutritional yeast...I don't think I had enough. I mixed that with the scoop of pea protein powder. I guess to say, it was vegan.
pea protein powder is what i used, one scoop, instead of mozzarella cheese. The rest of the recipe,I kept the same, but it could've cooked longer than 15 minutes...but everyone was ready to eat, lol. And they were good. I put everything in my mini food processor. I chopped a whole bag of cooked cauliflower, and kept out a cup of it,and put it into the refrigerator.

those ingredients are totally new to me! I'll have to give them a try. I'm learning a whole lot about alternatives to traditional cooking it's great! I ordered some carbquik today and excited to try that out for p4 but that's new to me too! I'm going to visit wholefoods in a minute here to see what kinda cool stuff they have. maybe i'll find the pea protein and nutritional yeast too. are those two phase 2 and phase 3 friendly?
I don't know about nutritional yeast. I used it in my first round, it's a vegan ingredient that tastes like Parmesan cheese.. Pea protein is my vegetarian protein source. I try to stay away form soy protein. Yes, pea protein is in the vegetarian protocol. Pea protein is impossible to find, but your whole food's might have it. You'll love Whole Food's market.

I've always been a foodie so Whole Foods is like the Disneyland of grocers to me LOL! But I like to call it whole check! it's pricey and that's where my whole check would be spent if there was one close to me. I have to drive about 35 minutes to get to one. good thing thoughi'm fortunate to have a lot of good quality grocers around here though. Fred Meyer aka Kroger has a great nutrition section, we've got Trader Joes, Marlenes Market and Super Supplements and then up in Seattle Whole Foods and PCC and of course the pike place market for all your farm fresh produce. I'm grateful for where I live because I know some places aren't so lucky. I've been able to find almost anything I need in one of these places. I think nutrition and organic foods is like a really popular thing here......
I'm lucky, there's not one close to me. I am close to Nature's Pantry, but I find it expensive. It's a large store, but they are very high in their prices.

yeah whole foods is pricey too. never heard of Nature's Pantry but yes, it's expensive to eat well. That's soo backwards. It's like keeping us fat and unhealthy is a money making capitalist industry, but so is the health industry. but I'm willing to pay more to be healthy..so be it.
Nature's Pantry is local. But they are like Whole Foods'. I consider myself pretty lucky to have them so close by,but it's tempting to go there, and spend an entire paycheck.I agree with you. That is why America has such a problem with junk food. Resturants like McDonald's are cheaper. So is regular food, unfortunately. I can't buy organic that much, due to my paycheck. It does become irritation when facebook forums, and other places start preaching organic, when we know it's better, but can't get it all the time.

trhops...there is a huge difference between going "rogue" and cheating. If you are on P2, then you just need to get back on track with your diet and just understand that it will be a few days before you see a drop in your weight. If you are on P3, then you only do a steak day on the day that you notice the weight gain. If you are past that point, again you just need to eat healthy foods, primarily P2 but as much as you want, because you need to up your calories and see if in the next couple of days you can get back to your last injection/drops weight.

Cheating is when I ate a brownie yesterday. Rogue is when I eat broccoli at my meals. I haven't gained much with the brownie, but I thought about it late on and realized it wasn't worth it.
