Yeah you just have to do whatever you are ready for. I am finally ready to get the weight off again, then I'll maintain. I've learned I can have just fun without eating. Took a bit to get use to but now it doesn't seem weird to me anymore and usually I have something, I just don't eat like I use to at them. Once I get the weight back off I can go back to not worrying about what I eat at events because maintaining will be ok then. Definitely isn't worth the fight if you aren't ready to do it. Dieting sucks enough if you are totally committed to it. Not worth the stress if you aren't. Just hang in enough to keep steady or not gain too much until you are. We aren't going any where LOL

Hi poobears! So happy to see a name I recognize! I was here a few years ago and sad to say I'm back :-\ Started my round 9/1 and not losing very well. So searching for support.

Hi Deby, happy to see you but sorry you had to come back. Sorry the losses aren't going well for many hcg just doesn't seem to do as well when you come back to it. Some can come back and have great repeat rounds but most others can't repeat those successes, not sure why. Stick around and chat and get all the support you need

AFM Woke up with my headache finally gone, yay. Also only gained .2 on my UP day, no idea how but I will take it. I was sure I was going to see a big jump even though I stayed under calories, just from the foods I ate. I expected that bounce to come back too but I guess it's gone. I locked in the 172 with 172.6 this morning.

Hope you are having a good morning Julz and PB

    Welcome Deby!

Poobear I'm glad your headache is gone. Yay for only .2!

I only gained .6 so hoping for a good loss tomorrow. I'm sitting at 185 and I haven't been below 183 in forever. I would love to break below 183 this week. I'm thinking of doing two low days or maybe a medium day tomorrow.

PB .6-.8 is where I see my best losses so fingers crossed for you, I don't expect much of a drop tomorrow with such a little bump up. Are you going to change your rotation for Friday up day again? I know some do the weekly medium days so they have the same up/down day rotations each week, didn't know if you were planning on doing that or not. Personally I'd do a medium day to change rotations, don't think I'd do 2 down day but that's just because I never lose well on 2 low days in a row when I tried to do 2 shake days on atkins or hcg. Always did well on the first one but lost almost nothing on the 2nd one and regretted doing it. So a medium would keep me happy and would probably result in better losses overall.

Went up and picked up an increase in my migraine meds. Hoping since I'm already taking it, the new increased dose won't hit me as hard as it did when I first started taking the med, if it does I'm going to be useless for the rest of the week.

Had a turkey and mashed potato dinner with a slice of oatmeal bread for lunch. Then a can of progresso chicken alfredo soup with 5 crackers for dinner. Ended the day at 505 which is over where I try to end on my low days. The crackers put me over, oh well, hate having soup without crackers. Seems ridiculous that they are 60 calories for 5 crackers though.

Tomorrow marks 3 weeks on JUDDD for me. Easiest 3 weeks of dieting I've ever done.

Did you decide what you are going to do for tomorrow? Are you going to do a medium day? Or do it as a down day and count today a medium day?

I actually figured today at around 700-800 so not horrible. I will approach tomorrow going for the best I can. That means starting out with it being a dd in my mind... That seems to work best for me. I'll try to go till lunch before I eat, and take it from there. I might pack fage as a snack if needed. If I can hold off and be good at night I will but if the opportunity arises where I want something special for anniversary then I will. But I find if I go first half without eating then when if I have a little extra I still come in low.

Sounds like simple calorie counting may be the easiest way to go for you. Just keep your eating low as long as you can to off set the splurge eating you want to do and hope to stay stable with some losses here and there. You definitely have to find whatever is going to be livable no matter what that is. Doesn't sound like JUDDD is a very good match at the moment. I'm sure you'll do great whatever you figure out.

Think I might head to bed early. My higher night time dose of meds is making me a bit loopy feeling, need to sleep it off, along with some weight LOL.

Well didn't drop at all from my down day. Haven't had that happen before. But as sore as my tummy is, it's no surprise. Even drinking water hurts. Gotta go to town and get some acid reflux meds this morning. These migraine meds are tearing up my stomach, especially on down days when I dont' have anything on it for so long. Even drinking water hurts right now. Hope it isn't giving me an ulcer. Think I took close to 20 tums to get through the day/night yesterday, that can't be good for you.

But I still ended the week at 1.6 down from last weigh in so no complaints there. As long as I can keep dropping at least a pound or so a week I will be happy. Think I'll go have some cold pizza for breakfast after I drop the kids off at school then go to town for meds and run a few errands.

Hope everyone else is having a good day

Well I managed to drop 1.6 today. Right back to 183.6 that I keep getting stuck at. I drop back to that every time but can't get below it. So today I'm determined to drop below it. Low day today, I figure even if I add a few extras I will only make 800. By extras I mean fage and quest bar. Ooh I sure know how to splurge.lol Then tomorrow will be a reasonable up day and Thursday will be a down day before I head out of town.
Come Monday I'm ready to hit JUDDD strict. I have two weeks with nothing planned so it should be easy.
So far hunger this morning is very low
