Thread: The Rogue HCG Saloon

Rocky~ I was having the same issue with my hands until I tried Neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream (fragrance free). It has no oil and my hands heal withing two days. They were bad and everywhere I went people were making recommendations. I got it from walmart for $3something. The best three dollars I've spent in awhile

two- bob from whenhealthmatters likes people to dilute their shots and use 1 cc. but there's no physiological basis to say that it is absorbed better than .5 cc.

Thanks twoangels, My hands are killing me and all I use is baby lotion and it isn't enough. I've been ok until this week but for some reason it has gotten really bad. I'll have to try that.

I ate 4 kalamata olives tonight at supper. Part of me wonders about a diet where 4 olives could throw you off, but here I am giving it a shot anyway!!

    They were really good olives.

Man you guys have been busy since I was on here this afternoon!! I am seriously considering buying some of that sugar free cake someone was talking about!! For some reason this round I am having issues with that early on! The cocoacrack was so good yesterday but I didn't want to do it again today because I ate my noodles for dinner tonight ) lets see what the scale brings in the morning. Since the transplant hubby can't have soda anymore (post transplant diabetes - hopefully it goes away when the steroids ago away) anyway he has been drinking diet pepsi zero I am so wanting to just grab it from him, run away with it & chug it down :/ I didn't feel this way so early on in last round just at the end. So I know I may have to make a few more modifications & just see how my body handles it. If i still lose it stays, if I stall or gain it is gone.

Psjack - I am curious your doing IM right but the syringe markings would they be the same as other syringes? I started out taking 30 now I have increased it to 35 (which I have been told is 175??) but I am still hungry a little more than I was last round on the hhcg. I have been told that everyone does around 200 but I am not sure if that is what you are doing??

Ok I am going to bed before I go eat that reeces cup I know is in that cupboard in the kitchen :/ I'm not going to be that rogue LOL - unless it was sugar free!

Wow, what a great thread. I *really* appreciate everyone's honesty. I think we just needed a safe place to share our dirty secrets, lol. I have learned so much already! And Margie, thank you for posting those bits from Dr. S, what a thoughtful, humble man he was. I'm so grateful to him.

Leigha, you sound like me. I had big struggles with hypoglycemia and had to eat more protein on R1. I also struggled with feeling very tired physically. This round i seem more stable in the blood sugar arena, yay! And more energy, double yay! It's only day 3, but i'm feeling positive.

I started another thread about injecting IM in the shoulder area with a 1/2" needle. As soon as i learn where i'm going to try that. Any reason not to switch from subq to IM midstream?

So, my rogue behavior with cocoa crack didn't hurt me. I lost .5 this morning. This is supposed to be my 40th injection morning. I am soooo on the fence about adding a couple days or being done with injections and moving onto P3. I am ready to have some new foods. Have stocked the kitchen with all the stuff I need for P3 and am dreaming of food I can chew or has new texture....

Ok today is the day that I a going rouge! Last round I was having major problems losing on P2 and the clinic told me to do a steak day and I finally lost.
This round I just feel week and I sleep all the time. So today I'm going to do a steak day, maybe I need the protien boost.
I only have like a week left on my 23 day round and I am also thinking of taking a one week break after 23 days plus 3 vlcd doing P3 and then jumping back into the shots for 17 days.
I'll just have to see how I feel and what my travel plans are for then next few weeks.
    I'll keep you posted.
Oh, and I have non dairy creamer in my one cup of coffee each day. That seems to get me going.

okay I just parked my hog outside...

what on earth is the cocoacrack I keep reading about?

madmin-did you say coke zero? do tell I am a huge fan of diet coke and oh so miss it

emmaglow-I did a steak day just the other day. I have been super hungry and very tired this round, r3, didn't have these problems on my other rounds. So I did a rouge steak day. I ate all of my food that day except one apple and one bread stick. I had a pretty good size steak with a whole tomatoe, I also had a handful of fat free popcorn, and I was down a pound the next morning. My hungry and enery were also a lot better the next day. I did the same thing yesturday and was down .6. If it keeps you going than do it.

I have friends who have started their own business doing hcg, this is how i found out about it, they have a lot of modifications. I have not done most. But they lost a lot of weight and it was almost 2 years ago and they are both stable. I think the key is to hit p3 hard. do it right and you should be fine.

I read one of you is drinking protien drinks. what ones and where do you get them

back again because of thyroid meds malfunction
