    Welcome Aery!! Sounds like you have a plan...... good for you! I totally believe in the HCG diet, but like you, have had to tweak it for myself. The HCG concept is super ~ and I too have resculptured my body and love it!!

    I use Heinz low sugar Ketchup as well. It's really good. The regular Ketchup tastes too sweet anyway!

    Hi All,

    Welcome newcomers.

    Deb, glad you had fricken fun eating that elephant ear. lol. Sounds delish.

    Johnny, I was unaware of that. Thanks for telling me. Woke up a bit late today, so just did Fage and berries. I'll cut the eggs out today.

    I should probably do a protein day, but I may do that on Thursday. I did drop .2 this morning. Surprised by that because like Deb, I had fricken fun yesterday. I started with eggs and bacon and Fage, went to a BBQ but didn't eat anything, but did drink two beers. Came home and was going to eat a burger and whatnot before family and friends came over (we live close to a park that does a firework show), but they ended up coming over early. I had a chip or two with dip. A crab lui (sp?), one smore, and lots more beer. I did try to eat two chicken kabobs with veggies. I didn't get much of it down, but I did have half an avocado with it that I ate. Ended up sleeping outside til 5am by the fire on the little outdoor loveseat thingy we have. By 5am the sun was up and that meant get in my bed and throw the blackout shades. lol. Tomorrow is my 10mile hike to the hot springs, so if I gain from the 4th of July cheats, I am sure I'll walk it off tomorrow!

    A rougster hello

    Hi rougsters, I am on r2ph2d4. I had three very fun days of loading. Rouging in that I only did two weeks of p3. I really just wanted to 'get back to it'. My buddy started her r2 a week ago, so.... I will let you know how it goes. Has anyone else shortened p3? I lost 15#s on r1 and I hope to lose 20 more on this round. Oh, I also went 60 days on my first round.

    Good Morning all ~

    Protein day gave me .5 loss . Kinda surprised not a bigger loss, but portions were larger than I normally do, so that could be the factor. Still below LDW though, so it's o.k.

    Sticking to very low carb and high protein next few days and see if I can drop a little. Haven't eaten too many veggies lately, so need to incorporate some good greens to balance things out.

    How's it going today G~ dizzle?

    Did protein day work for you Deby??

    No loss at all stayed the same.
    So I'm doing protien day again and DH and I are going to get the bowflex cleaned off and start working out with it too.
    DH this morning said very happily, well you didn't gain did you?
    He did make me smile, for a few minutes.

    Hang in there hellobikini. You seem to be at or very close to goal, so maybe that's the deal. You are much more a pro at this than I am, with great success, but just a thought. Btw, would you mind sharing the list from your protocol?

    I am on r2p2vlcd 4. Lost 20 on my first round and have at least that much more to go....probably more. I have changed my mind, though, with the loss of the inches. If I can be in all 8's, comfortably, I think I would be done.

    I mix veggies, eat cd, use co and occasionally have a glass of wine. I did my first vlcd this time, not til 30 days last time. Figured I'd lose any way. If I continue to do well today, I will have a glass tonight and see what happens.

    I would also love to see the losses the others have on here, but we all have to do the trial and error for ourselves, unfortunately.

    So, here's to great releases to us all!

    No loss today but since yesterday was an up day, I am ok with that!

    Today is a down day and I would normally do 2 in a row but I am seeing a friend before she leaves town tomorrow for lunch so I will get a salad at a restaurant.

    Hey Tammy, I am on r2p2d5. We are almost on the exact day/r/p. I only did p3 for 2wks. Lost 15 r1. Want to lose around 20 more also. I am doing pellets right now. Gained 6#s on loading and dropped 2 thus far. I would llike to try cocoa crack rouging this time to see how I handle it.
    I wish you well and hope to follow your progress. I will try to post frequently too.
