Stevia as a sweet treat sometimes. I didn't use a lot per day so I didn't call it a replacement. I just added it on. I stabilized much better then I ever thought I would and I am 3 months off hcg and still at my LDW. Try a spoonful or two for a few days. If it doesn't affect you then add a little more. It really is a trial to see how much you can get away with. Isn't being rogue fun?
