    Hi Everyone,
    I said I'd keep checking in so here goes. Regardless of being told to eat less protein for health reasons, I am actually lost weight and now I've finally made it to below goal weight. I was lingering about 2-3 pounds over. I never reached goal with my last round. I got stuck and stopped 2.6 short of goal. So here I am 3 months later below goal. I was going along ok and maintaining but haven't felt well for a long time. Turns out I have a problem with too much protein. I panicked and was sure this was going to make me gain but instead I took away some protein, kept the fats and added some more carbs and lost weight. I finally feel super successful knowing I reached my goal. I'm not a quitter so stopping short of goal was hard for me. I did love p3 and p4 eating though. Now I'm told most of my favorites are what I shouldn't be eating. My system doesn't break them down well. I also have to watch artificial sweeteners. Usually I use stevia but I so like sf candies and ice cream too. I have to watch dairy and certain types of protein as well as sweeteners. I'm hoping I stay ok with stevia. Anyway it is super possible to reach goal. I'm living proof. Believe it or not I go nervous losing when I wan't trying to lose. It was happening every day. Now it seems to have leveled out for the last few days. Hope you are all doing well and losing daily.

    Congratulations on hitting your goal Hardee. I also have trouble losing if I eat too much protein, I do better with higher carbs/lower protein.

    AFM Still creeping down, definitely not my best round and I've been on plan more this round than ever. But with my dose being off the whole first week and my weigh in times being hours apart a lot of days, I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. As long as I keep losing steady now I think it will even out by the end.

    I eat grapes on some days, can't eat them very often, now that I had my GB out it's one of those foods that doesn't stay in long. I also mix fruit and veggies, I'll have a couple of strawberries with my orange or the pico I make with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos and seasoning in it. Most days I have about a tablespoon of either sour cream or full fat ranch. I don't do well with sugar free items, most of the sugar alternatives trigger my migraines, stevia is the worst, it makes me very sick, I can tolerate splenda pretty well in small amounts. That's all I've done so far this round and not every day so not too rouge yet. I've also had OJ instead of my orange a few times and I eat cheese, mmm love cheese, can't eat much of it though or I'll stall, just about an ounce a day.

    Later I'll add I dark chocolate, pb, eggs, heavy cream and a few other items. Haven't done a round without my gb before so I have to be careful since I don't know if I'll react differently to any of the foods I normally add in or not. Now compared to you guys I feel really bad LOL

    Sorry didn't check in here last night. Hope you are back on track today.

    AFM Yesterday I added a little mayo to my burger at lunch, a little sour cream to my steak and pico at dinner and had a sugar free chocolate pudding cup after dinner. Oh and I tried a sugar free koolaid tube that you add to your drink, eww way too fake sweet for me. Down .6 today. Yay

    I use to buy FF pudding but I can't seem to find any. I got a headache about half way through the sugar free cup so I'm guessing it has stevia in it. Need to look around town and see if I can find the FF pudding with real sugar in it again. If not I can just use FF milk and make some and portion it out but it's much easier if I can find it in the cups already. This fake sugar stuff just kills me.

    I am better today...even cheating yesterday I disnt gain...miracle. Just finished 35 minutes and 637 calories gone on the stairclimber! I know what you mean about the fake sugar, everything but stevia makes me sick. I would Love some pudding....how do you make it?

    If I make the ff kind I just get the fat free pudding mixes and use ff milk to mix in it. They taste the same as regular pudding to me. Stevia is the one that bothers me the most, I've tried about every kind of it. It does some bad things LOL

    Glad you didn't gain, see it wasn't as bad as you thought.

    I'm expecting a stall or gain tomorrow. Have to go back to weighing in early. Every time I move my weigh in back a few hours I stall for a day or two. Then I get use to it and it moves along again. So I try to get myself mentally ready just in case.

    Today I a burger patty with mayo, pico and cheese for lunch. Protein for dinner was about to make me gag just thinking about it. Think I'm hitting my protein wall. So I said to heck with it and made a small salad with lettuce, pico, a few cubes of steak, few of the little croutons, some ff thousand island I had in the fridge and a cheese cube. Never had the dressing on HCG before so no idea what the results will be but it was that or skipping dinner since I didn't have enough ranch left. Didn't eat either of my fruits or melba today since I wasn't hungry. Figured the few croutons would swap for my dinner melba. May have a pudding later.

    Usually I get some FF whip cream to add to the pudding right before I eat it, makes it super creamy.

    Morning everyone, well even with a 3 hour early weigh in I was down .4 so I would say the dressing is ok for me to have. Didn't have any pudding last night, wasn't hungry. Think I'll start having salads for lunch for a while until I feel like I can eat just my meat again. Going to look for some FF premade pudding when I take DS to work today. Surely they still make it. Not a big yogurt fan or I'd try it instead. The texture kind of makes me yak. I bought some of the greek yogurt but didn't like it much better.

    If I can keep averaging half a pound or so each day while being rogue this round like in the past I'll be thrilled. I'll take the slightly lower losses to keep my sanity.

    Good morning. I'm glad to see everyone hanging in there and surviving the weekend. Monday's are awful anyway, but the Monday after vacation has to be one of the worst days of the year . Not happy to be back at work and back in P2.

    I did a mini-load yesterday, which accounts for my weight jump this AM. I was hovering around 1 lb below LIW during P3 but woke up +0.6 above LIW. Still within my acceptable range, but this is going to be a short cylce for me (only 16 days, 15 of them VLCD) so I want to make sure I'm maximizing them. I'm already prepared to accept smaller losses on subsequent cycles, but I'd still love to pull out 0.6-0.7/day average by the end.

    Welcome back to P2 Cindy. You are barely up so you are already off to a great start. Yay! I wonder for those that do multiple cycles does your dose seem to stay the same? I'm afraid to go off because it took forever to get my dose right this time. If I came back and it was off I'd have to go through that all over again. Yes I'm a big baby.

    Finally found some prepackaged FF pudding at WM. Think it's jello brand. Only one flavor in it though, chocolate swirl. Guess you can't get it anymore, they use to have tons of yummy flavors. So I'll have to whip up some pretty soon.

    Had another small steak salad for lunch. Funny how good just a salad with ff dressing can taste after being on P2 for a few weeks. Been dreaming of a big cup of hot chocolate which is funny because I rarely drink hot chocolate. Only when I'm dieting or on vacation do I want it, no idea why.
