    Good Morning Mary and Pobears,

    Mary: I'll be joining you for P3 on Monday.............can't wait but I want to take it real slow.
    How long will you be in P3 before you return to P2? Good job on keeping your weight the same!

    Poobears: Awesome job on the 1 pound loss!!!!! With those kind of losses who needs the HCG???? (just kidding)
    Are you going to do injections again and probably without loading,I would guess?


    AFM: Woke up to a 1 pound loss....... I thought I would have more, especially since I ate nothing but the mac nuts and tons of water and the
    Smooth Move tea worked, but hey thats why I did the FF because I am moving sooooooo slow.
    I am supper happy at where I'm at. I wear size 6 jeans, I'm at a healthy/normal BMI, I'm not at all hungry.
    Depending on how P3 goes I may not go back to the HCG. My husband thinks I should stop at 140.
    I feel skinny and haven't been at 135 since we were married (35 years ago)but it is a dream weight that I have always wanted to get back to.
    Today I'm going to do the fff and see where that takes me.I would really like to see that one last big Whooosh before I'm done!
    Wish I wasn't so abscessed with the stupid scale...............

    Wow looks like 1lb was the lucky # today. Think we can all live with that.

    Yes I will be going back on injections for a week with no loading. I thought about taking my shot on Saturday so it would be in my system when I hit VLC on Sunday but I think I'll just take it on my VLC day. That keeps it at a 7 day injection cycle. Had another big breakfast this morning. Need to figure out something for lunch pretty soon, although I'm not hungry, if I don't eat lunch I can't get in my calories.

    Plan on going to Sams tomorrow so I'll pick up some lettuce, cherry tomatoes and hamburger to make patties for the upcoming P2 week. I already have chicken breast in baggies in the freezer. I want everything measured out and ready to cook so I don't have to mess with it. I want it to be a very easy P2 week. I just have to remind myself it's only a week. I can do anything for a week, sleep or not. I figure I'll give it a month, so 2 full cycles to see if it's worth continuing the cycle.

    Mary: If you are only in P3 for 14 days you can jump right back in without a load. it would be considered a Planned Interruption (PI)

I think our bodies need a longer P3 break than was originally proposed in the cycling thread before jumping back to VLCD if we hope to see good losses. I really need to see some numbers during VLCD or I lose motivation quickly. That said, this will be my first time jumping back into P2 after only 3 weeks. I did shorten my P3/P4 between another round to only 5 weeks total and showed good losses on the subsequent round, so I'm hoping my 3 weeks of P3 this time will be enough. I'll be interested to see what you do and how it works. So as of now I'm thinking of starting hCG injections on 9/17 or 9/18 with a one day mini-load. I'm thinking a 30-32 day round (that's 2 vials for me) but I'll need a 3-4 day PI in there, I think, based on my current schedule.

    PB, set points are so hard. I'm 8 lbs away from my lowest weight in 10 years and a known set point for me. I'm really hoping that I'm close enough to it when starting this next round so I can finally break through! I'm sending you "180's" thoughts!!

    You treat PI's like going into P3. You are suppose to do the 2 days of VLC without the hcg before adding anything else in. If you want to stick to strict protocol.

    Thanks for hanging in there with me. I think i am just going to exercise a little bit tonight...i still have about 100 calories to eat. I am going to see how the scale treats me in e morning. I am also going to bed earlier....have a very early meeting. Day 3 no hcg to orrow, so I guess Imcan start adding some fat back.

    Both of you have done absolutely fantastic. I was down .8 today too, that puts me back at 190.2. So close, if I don't see 180's tomorrow you will hear my sobs where ever you live LOL

    Have to take DS down for a driving lesson today so we'll go shopping for the day while we are there. Very glad I'm counting calories today, will make the long day easier to get through. I can just pick something that falls in my calories and eat lunch while we are out. Next week I have to go down twice though and it will be my hcg week. That will not be as easy to do. I hate taking a lunch with me, meat from a cooler doesn't seem to appetizing.

    Enjoy P3 ladies, you've earned it!

    Cindy: It sounds like P3 has been treating you well..........did you stay POP pretty much through-out P3? What supplements are you taking?

    AFM: Down .4 today So my goal for the past week has been to lose as much weight as I can before my PI. Here is a recap of my
    rogue behavior
    Day 1-Steak Day -1 pound
    Day 2-No fruit increase protein to 8oz -.7 pounds (also remedied bathroom issues with Smooth move tea)
    Day 3-No fruit increase protein to 8 oz-.3 pounds
    Day 4 FF with mac nuts -.3 pounds
    Day 5 FF with mac nuts- 1 pound
    Day 6 FFF -.8 pounds
    Day 7 All protein day-.4

    In one week I lost 4.6 pounds!!!
    I know it is crazy but I was never hungry and I was very motivated.
    I wouldn't normally do this all at once but it's nice to know if I go back on P2 and see a slow down that for me,
    some of these things will work, but every time is different so it may not be the same.....who knows unless you try.
    I 'm going to do a steak day today and will have my last HCG tomorrow morning.Then I'll take a PI
    and see how I do. If it goes well I might just lose the last 7 pounds on my own.

    Today I just started to take probiotics, enzyme digesters and L-Carnitine
    While I am on my PI i plan on staying POP so will be posting in the September P3 beginning Tuesday.
