I overdid it on the vitamin c yesterday and had some stomach troubles. Subsequently, I am down to 178.3!

i had problems with the tapatalk app for a couple of days i missed you guys!!!

I am on the frustrated mode, once again!! agh!

from the time i was jumping with joy that the 30min treadmill + cling wrap + acv shot worked, this was how i progressed

149 (after trying the cling wrap and acv shot, from 150, went down to 149)
148 (good day still doing the wrap, added cayenne to the acv shot)
147.8 (thought it was an absolute good day, continuous loss tho minimal)
148.4 (had margarita and vodka, hence the increase in weight)
148.4 (no progress, anticipating a stall???)

I think im leaning towards getting braggs acv than force feeding myself the filtered heinz...

what other tricks do you guys do to maximise loss? I am on day 38 and my total loss is only 13.2 pounds..

I am more than half way through my 60ml bottle. Imagine that? done with 30ml bottle and half way done with 60ml, and only 13.2 pounds lost?? I need to glue my lips and suffer a no alcohol diet.. I think it's whats killing my losses?

I understand we are all a bit rogue...but alcohol is sugar. Sugar is a real problem on this, and frankly, any program.

One of the wonderful aspects of the HCG diet is that you are not meant to exercise. Exercise actually hinders weight loss on the HCG (changes in metabolism and whatever reasons) - so perhaps just 'relax' ....no exercise - watch a movie - read a book - and have an iced tea and pretend it is a "Long Island" version.

I knew HCG was for me when I read that you are not supposed to exercise.

I'm down 26# in 30 days. It is my lowest loss for this time frame but I've gone rogue this time around.

    Huwooooh!! 26lbs in 30days!? Nicely done!!! 👍

What kind of iced tea do u take? Home brewed kind? Like chilling the green.tea and adding stevia? I figured.its definitely.not an iced tea mix?

Abt the exercise, kansas and poo agrees that movement is good.. but nothing intense.. jst an additional burn i think....

    Hi Friends!

I had a tumor removed from my upper left thigh last Monday at U of Mich. It was under a general. They found an extremely low amount of a rare cancer cell called Merkel in my groin lymph node (2%) so I will have to go back mid December to remove those groin lymph nodes. The prognosis is very good. I have had zero pain from the surgery for which I am thanking the Lord. I have to lay around for a week which I dislike. As I have mentioned before I have been running for almost 36 years and I love to move!

I am 1.5 #s up from LIW at 148 today. I plan to keep plugging away for as long as it takes to get to 120-125. Totally off hcg now as per doc. I have primarily followed the 'lean cuisine' plan during this with a major binge one day last week. All I could taste was drumsticks ice cream cones and cookies. For the second time in my life that I can remember, I have very little appetite. Additionally, I can't taste much of anything which I think is from the anesthetic. Very odd. Anyone have any experience with this? I may have the world's greatest dh! He has been such an angel. We have been married for 41 years and it really keeps getting better!

Will go back and catch up from the 18th to see how everyone has been doing.

    Be blessed,
    Ducky

Thanks Kool and Ash! Feeling better everyday. Sis and BiL coming for Thanksgiving and doing most of the cooking. I will make my traditional stuffed bread. Keeping it simple!

Glad your 'interviews' are over Ash. They are so draining. I related to your intense schedule of not even having time to go to the bathroom. We usually had our conferences the first week in November.

    Has poo gone on vacation?

Will chck in later this week.

    Ducky
