    I picked up 4 packs of turkey bacon tonite and it was very expensive, and now I'm thinking I could probably get twice as much real bacon from the whole foods butcher, for the same or lower price. I like to cook it with cabbage to get the smokey flavor, or to cut it in thirds, fry it, and top it with something to make little canapes.

    Everything you are planning sounds like OK for FMD except for the yogurt and wine, so it may be good that you ran out of yogurt. I know, it's rogue. lol

    Every time I have a skip day my sleep gets screwed up
    so I just did my injection now I will wait.

    Hey ladies didn't have time to weigh today as I'm rushed but will weigh tomorrow at the beginning of P3. Have to wait for my breakfast to get some fasting bloodwork tomorrow morning after 9am when the clinic opens, it's just for my yearly physical. Hopefully I can just sleep in go get it done and come eat! We are having a Super Bowl party on Sunday and had issues not hearing back from people too and then they eventually replied and are going to have a decent turn out. I'm making sure to have things that are P3 safe for me to enjoy, wings, pulled pork etc so it should be ok!

    Morning all! I was up most the night last night with fever and stomach ache, I could have talked to you at 1:30 kansas.lol I'm taking a sick day today because I'm exhausted and stomach still a bit queesy. I am down .8 today to 168.8! I'm getting that cushion under 170 where I don't want to be above by Monday.

    Lynn I'm just in an interruption and using fmd as my eating guide. I can see fmd becoming my new way of eating.

    Hope everyone's doing well! On vlcd day 5 today and down a total of 4.4. I went out for a birthday dinner with a friend Wednesday and didn't lose Thursday morning but still feel like it's been a successful week! Here's to the scale moving in the right direction!

    I've had the worst round ever and I've been the best on pop ever. 8 lbs down as of today and vlcd 27?? whew, wow, i cannot believe I stuck with it. 119.6 today
    Now I'm kinda mad I planned a cheat with bf on sat nite, some wine. i want out of it now but he's always gone and he's home a few days yikes.
    My new pattern after 2 dose adj. gain, lose gain lose tomorrow is a gain day for me cuz I lost today.

    OH, anyone else. on skip day: cant sleep I was up at midnite, till 3 a.m. or so. took my shot btwn one and 3 then back to sleep dunno

    Sorry you're feeling crappy pbg, but yippee on meeting your goals for the week with the FMD interruption. I was kinda in the same boat. I had to run all over the state yesterday taking my son to his endocrinologist appointment in Denver and then back to college in Golden. I felt pukey all day and just couldn't eat anything last night. I woke up exhausted this morning, but at least my stomach seems to have settled down. Oh, and I lost 1.6 overnight. I've either lost a little or stayed stable in each P3 so far, so hopefully I can hang onto this. (I'm conveniently ignoring my planned Superbowl cheats, but they really only involve dairy so maybe I'll do fine!)

    I have to eat a snack and nothing sounds good to me. Thinking, thinking....

    Here's my super bowl plan: I'm going to stay P3 friendly but just add dairy, so I can make a cauliflower crust pizza, almond crackers, and French onion dip. Then I'll have veggies on the pizza, veggies to dip, and eat a regular breakfast. I think I'll feel decadent, and the only real add will be the dairy.
