Stevia for lunch and steak and cheese for dinner. I also continue to eat my homemade jello with fage, strawberries and blueberries. It's good for at least a few pounds. It took me till now to try steak and see that it works so well. I have never tried any other type of correction days and I don't even do the steak day right but it works. Then make sure you eat good for 3 days afterward so it "sticks". If not you will gain it back.
