    I still eat cheap snacks sometimes, in moderation and in the summer, I love bbq chips
    Cheap snacks are a part of life and ... they are fine from time to time, usually after you are at goal
    As a rule, I like brocoli for a snack
    I want to make those flax seed crackers on that green site, and use them, full of protein and can dip in hummus in fmd p3.


    Lynn do you think a hot bath would help with the inflammation?

    mary if the fish is frozen there is way more in it than just fish, if not , sorry, they soak it in msg usually.
    Oh don't get me started on the nasty oils they use and they don't clean them and
    I had something recently well not recently, and oh, a tater tot, it tasted like fish!!
    Now, would not a sane reasonable person KNOW NOT TO COOK VEG IN THE SAME OIL VAT AS ANIMAL OR FOR SURE FISH/ ?
    years ago I worked at long john silvers WE NEVER COOKED FRIES WITH THE CHICKEN OR FISH, NEVER, AND THE OIL WAS CHANGED FREQUENTLY.

    I'm down .8? wow, but ... tmi tmi I was in the Bathroom all nite so hopefully its not dehydration.
    I was careful to have water and an EmmergenC so.. hopefully its REAL loss

    I decided I"m going to dinner tomorrow with bf if he makes it in, there's 2 flites out of there, he's been kicked off both before due to weather.
    I'm gonna have some of the cabbage out of one eggrol, and the tofu salad with my own dressing

    Its snowing rite now but we arent supposed to get much

    Sorry, lol. (not really!) If you want a candy bar, make sure it has cane sugar in it (not just "sugar" because that is beet sugar) or Non-GMO or Organic. Newman's Own Peanut butter cups? Dagoba chocolate? yum yum without the yuck yuck!

    I have come to the conclusion my body doesn't really like crap. I felt so sick last night before bed and in the middle of the night I woke up with headache and sick feeling. Almost like a hangover. Today, horrible headache. Must remember this in the future when I want to eat crap. That or it's hormones......lol

    At least I only have 2 hours left before a 4 day weekend where I can work on getting back on track!

    Lynne: when I was in my 20's and I got tom: I'd pour choc chips in a giant vat of p. butter and just snarf!!
    wow, but I was also pretty overwgt and had some acne. so there ya go

    I still cannot get over, or be more pleased with MPD's success on FMD.

    another note, no more snow mayb half an inch and its 30 degrees out!!

    bf has peanut butter just sittin out on his counter
    just sittin there begging me to eat it
    its the chunky kind I prefer smooth but at this point
    oh, in the summer when I go crazy sometimes I buy natural p butter and coconut"icecreme" and mix it, and eat it!

    Well I got my 2 miles in. It hurt my back and was probably too soon but I wanted to stick to my schedule. I get so frustrated though that I can't do what I want. I had to walk a lot of the two miles today just because I felt sharp pains in my back. I just wish I could work out like I want!

    But for now...shrimp and asperagus for dinner.

    Today is an FMD P3 (fats) day. Yesterday was P2 (protein), and I dropped about 2.5 lbs (water/inflammation), puts me back at my lowest for FMD. I don't normally lose on P2, so I'm thinking this may mean my metabolism improving. I usually gain on P3, so I am going to try to hold steady for the weekend, even with Chipotle and sweet potato chips. If I can do that, maybe a P1/P2 drop next week will be *new* weight, instead of the same loss, then gain, week after week. My daughter is happy to be back to P2, happy to have her pecans and coconut curry chicken.

    Morning all? Down .6 today but stil up 2 from my low 164. I'm sure I will gain today, Mexican always does that even though it is organic seasoning, guacamole, and all healthy stuff. Wish I could figure out why. But for now I'm going to enjoy my oatmeal and apples hubby got me roses and wine for v-day. Perfect. No chocolate.

    Nope Kansas, Mexican makes me gain.

    I have absolutely no desire to go out today. Way to busy. Waiting hours to eat does not appeal to me. Our plans include relaxing, wii fit workout while hubby takes the boys to a movie, Mexican and wine for dinner, then my son has a basketball game at 8:15 tonight! I couldn't believe they would do that on valentines day. Then hopefully we aren't too tired and can actually stay up late together.
