Typically the problem is slow losses in P2 not stabilization in P3. Cheese and yogurt are often the first things I add back in.
I am just curious to know if anyone had problems with stabilizing in P3 when you added in yogurt or other dairy items in P2. I keep seeing that when you add milk sugars in P2 that there are problems with maintaining.
I am on VLCD22 and am debating about doing 30 days of VLCD or to stop sooner before going into P3. I have had greek plain yogurt and lost on the times I added it but is this a problem later with anyone else?
