Can anyone share advice or tips on the last 8lbs and knowing when to end a round or did you have to up your protien at the end to avoid hunger? I'm wondering where my body will feel done?
I have a bit more extra weight left I'm sure on lower body (lost a lot up top, face and waist) but anyways just curious, what are your strategies and what has worked for you all?

Good advice. I'm on day one of p3 now and if I later decide to try to loose more I can do another short round but just hoping to stabilize ok around 125. I was up 2 lbs this morning even though I was good on -2 the past 75 hours. Anyways hoping it's just inflammation and will come off. Doing clean protein for this week.
I agree with Rose too. Your body might also be in prime position to do some additional reshaping too! Good luck 🙂
