    Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is doing well! I did better with my water yesterday and I am trying today. I was down .4 this morning. I am very happy about that, but I don't know if I will make my goal this round. I will have to see where I am at next week I guess. Sorry, just a little down I guess. I know my losses have been great and I knew that they were going to slow down the last couple weeks, but......
    Keep up the great work everyone! We will do this.

    I am excited and scared at the same time to move to p3. How about you? I think I will spend a little time this next week getting things ready so that I am prepared to move on. I am trying to figure out what food I am going to add first and what order I want to try the foods in. I know it's silly, but I didn't do so well last time and I really want to this time.

    Down .4 this morning.
    Yeah, I didn't do so well last round on P3 & P4. I did fine the first couple weeks but then I got lazy and drifted back to munching all day long. This time I'll be in school so I won't be sitting around at home eating because I'm bored!!! I will add things back into my diet slower than I did last time, too. I think that was part of my problem ..... that and getting extremely addicted to coffee with HWC!!!! I'm sure I went overboard on that!!!!

    Good morning! I was down .2 this morning. I have a long day ahead of me, we have back to school night tonight. I hope everyone has a great day!

    Don't be down.....you have alot to be happy about!!!! I lost yesterday, but didn't lose today....I feel that my body will release when it is ready to. I know I have a pattern, so I try not to stress. You are so close!
    I have 14 pounds to go and I am running out of drops! I ordered pellets from the same company last night just so I can make it to Aug 31. If I don't lose much righ before the 31st, I might just decide to end this round. If I keep losing, I may go beyond the 31st. I want to get down below 200 but if my body is not going to move beyond this, then I have to respect it. I'm on another thread, and I got some great advise for P3.

    Hey Brenlyn! Now that you are on P3, what are you adding? I read you are to add one food at a time. You are well below 200!!!!! Actually, you are where I want to be at the end of P2.
    You two are soooo awesome!
    I'm guessing it is just the three of us now?
    Has anyone heard from the others?
    Sorry I missed yesterday.....long day at work. I did lose 1.8, so lost the weight I gained over the weekend. I'm on the road again, so Hubby & I have a different strategy to stay POP.

    water!

    I know you guys told me about the water....but I can't do it! I have to pee all day long and I don't have access to do this? I drink tea in the morning, a glass of water in the morning, then an iced tea during work. I hve to have the iced tea. It is my only luxury, plus it has caffeine since I dont drink coffee. I have added water to all this and I feel "swishy!"
    you are supposed to dring half your weight in water ounces. That is 105 ounces! which is 13 cups!
    What do you guys drink?
    Are you swishy like me? LOL

    Shuga: lol, swishy is a good description. I get a 32 oz. unsweet tea from McDonalds in the morning. I put stevia in it, though, because I can't drink it plain. Then I fill that 32 oz. cup twice throughout the day with water. Sometimes I drink my water plain but usually I put a big squirt of lemon juice in it and a packet of stevia. I find I can drink a lot more that way. I haven't started P3 yet because my DD & SIL couldn't come this weekend so I decided to wait one more week. They are coming the end of September now ---- YAY! I will be on P4 when they are here!!!

    I am on vlcd 3 and I would love to join you guys. I am doing a 40 day round and so down 3.6 lbs.
