    Hard time loading. 😭

    So I started my loading days on March 23 and had such a tough time loading cause I'm a healthy eater eating well isn't my problem, over eating is. So on day two I forced myself to eat lots of eggs and avocado. And I still didn't eat too much. Also the hcg was suppressing my appetite. After day 2 I was still super hungry in the morning so did one more loading day, and oh boy did I feel guilty I didn't eat junk I just ate a lot of chicken and mayo and stuff like that. But today day 4 I feel good I woke up super full so day three was successful! I just need help knowing what to eat for round 2. Has anyone done a healthy but fatty load type thing if so what did you eat??

    Have you read "Pounds and Inches"? Did you get any information from your supplier? It's best if you read all the information. It's hard to explain it all in a post and you want to be accurate. I always load for 3 days. I call them guilt free days because I don't eat horrible either but on loading I don't feel guilty for whatever my choices are.

    Contrary to what a lot of people think, you should be doing healthy load days with foods high in good fats. Load days shouldn't be binging on candy and sweets and fried junk food or stuffing your face until you want to explode. Just load like you are with the healthy fats and eat until you are full. There is no need to completely stuff your stomach and be uncomfortable.

    Load with lots of nuts, peanut butter, cream, butter, cheese, meats sautéed in fatty oils(duck fat, olive oil, coconut oil, tallow) . I also throw in a few croissants and French fries as well. I avoid sweets for the most part , other than a few pieces of dark chocolate or Haagen Dazs highest fat ice cream.
