Ive used Stevia, Xylitol, and Splenda to make my crack. the Stevia was AWFUL and the Splenda isnt bad but the Xylitol is by far the best and it doesnt leave an after taste at all. Hope this helps!

Can someone please tell me what recipe you are talking about? Is it home made chocolate that is allowed?
I would love to know !
thanks!
Here's one recipe that I found in the recipe forum:
Mock Andes Mints
2.5T Coconut Oil
2.5pkgs Truvia - ground fine in mortar & pestle
2T Hershey's Cocoa Powder
Dash of Pure Peppermint Extract
Heat coconut oil in microwave for approx 45 seconds, while oil is heating, grind Truvia in mortar and pestle or magic bullet until extra fine. Remove oil from microwave, stir in Truvia until blended well, add cocoa and blend until very smooth and glossy, add dash of mint extract and BLEND BLEND BLEND - it will incorporate evenly. Test for taste and add Truvia if needed.
I spoon these into tiny star shaped silicone ice cube molds - the chocolate is a nice smooth dark chocolate flavor with the splash of mint flavor, you'll want to savor these in small, richly decadent pieces.
