It should be fine.
Some people find that carbonated drinks can stall them. You just have to try to see.
Also, the aluminum can it comes in is not BPA free. You can sometimes get them in glass bottles though.
Can you use on phase 2? It has zero everything. Ingredients are carbonated water and natural flavors. Thank you!

I drink it without issue. I drink it even when I am not doing hcg. I really like it.
Love La Croix! I find it doesn't hurt me to drink it during P2.
I drink Perrier and all others brands of flavored sparkling or seltzer water with no issues in all phases.

I bought all kinds of flavors of La Croix to help me wean off a diet coke habit during P2. So far it's working well, I've been having good losses but it's only my first week of P2. I've been drinking one a day.

I love La Croix! The mango and grapefruit flavors rock my world. I think they label La Croix as mineral water with "natural flavors", and who the heck knows what those are. I haven't had any stalls and I have a can with my lunch every day.
When I'm feeling festive, I'll add a squirt or two of those liquid flavor enhancers like Nestea's Half Lemonade, Half Iced Tea. You gotta watch out for those because most of them are flavored with Sucralose, which is Splenda. I don't buy into the Splenda hysteria because it's all been debunked. My caveat is because once you start drinking sweet drinks, it's really flippin' easy to reach for a can of Coke without event realizing it.
