    Down .4 today with 2 more injections left. The weekend started out well, but today my transmission went out. Talk about some stress. Trying to keep calm so I don't raise my cortisol levels. Hope everybody had a successful weekend.

    Oh crap, what a way to ruin a weekend. Has a mechanic seen it yet? Hope it is just something minor. Stay calm.

    After a 1.1 loss yesterday, I stayed the same this morning. I'm so close to getting out of the 200s, it is so hard to watch the scale crawl toward it!!!!! Hopefully this will be the week!!

    Brenlyn - I had a really difficult time getting out of the 200's but then the past week I started losing really well again. Hang in there and you'll be doing the happy dance in no time!!

    Hondo1 - I think other women are envious of your weight loss success and just being nosy about how much you've lost. I'm going to lunch with a bunch of women from my neighborhood today... Only one of them has had a serious questions about my diet and expressed interest about HOW I'm doing it.... The rest are curious about how much I've lost - but not much else.... their next comment is always "I have to do something about my weight... I just can't seem to lose..." etc etc. They're curious, but don't want to know too much! I think its strange too!

    No money for a mechanic right now. Life really stinks at the moment. As soon as I start trying to get ahead something like this always happens. I am calling around today to try to find another car. It will probably cost more to fix the trans than the car is even worth.

    Down a whole lb today! Tomorrow is LIW, but I am thinking of extending just until the weekend. IDK I will see how I feel tomorrow. LOL I am so close to goal. I will be doing a round 2 in 6 weeks, so maybe I will give my skin a break b/c it is starting to get looser I am noticing.

    brenlyn Trust me you'll get here. We all seem to have sticking points, where the weigh just creeps off. Then the scale starts to move once again. Of course, those are the easy days to diet, but you will break the 200's I promise.

    lysma You are really on the move down and your losses have been amazing this last week. And you are now on the "right" side of the 190's.. Hum-- I see 180 in your future. How's dd? Have fun at luch today. Interesting how to do Mexican on P2, you'll have to let us know. Well, enjoy the company and getting out.

    AFM Today was week 6 down 25.5 lbs. Although, I didn't lose any weight today, and my weekly loss was -3.0. Still an improvoement over last weeks loss. I had no time to eat dinner, so at 8pm which is late I had a bit of chicken and celery,managed to get 3/4 of my water in yesterday. So who knows if that was a factor?? I went back to my old chart, and the 153-149 is my next sticking point. All I can do is ride it out and hope for the best. The new dose has improved my hunger, so that is good, but whever I end up when I finish this vial, will be the end of the round. Then maintence and back for the next go around. which will fall in October sometime. But I am getting way ahead of myself.

    Good morning.

    Didn't get on here yesterday

    I remember reading that some stalls and up and downs have to do with our bodies not wanting to change it's set point....meaning we may have been at a certain weight in the past for a while and it just wants to stay thee again, hence the 3 to 5 days of OMG what's going on. We just need to wait it out as long a we know we're on Protocol all is good and it will adjust in time.....also our bodies need time to adjust and sometimes it's inches that change, need to keep in mind that we are still shedding those lbs really quick. 3times great tips to help a stall, also make sure your getting all your calories in even though we are burning excess fat our bodies may think we are starving if we go under 500 to often....also we could blame the Full moon and Mercury in Retrograde could cause water retention...

    Soooooo.. Hakare, hondo, brenlyn hang in there!

    as far as others noticing. it's is funny how women/friends will ask how much and when you tell them how it's oh wow and they poo poo the whole thing. I think they are hoping it won't work and we will gain it all back. Well, I poo poo them back, I only have told a few people about what I'm doing again and I do have friends who know this is my second time doing this, but I reassure them that this time I know what my food sensitivities are and I won't beable to eat those things anymore, believe me when I say most will try to get me to eat wheat again or other things they know I can't tolerate, last party I had before starting these same ladies brought desserts they knew I couldn't eat then and wouldn't take them home, so right in front of them I tossed them in the trash talk about a few dropped mouths LOL. a whole apple pie from Costco you might as well main line Sugar, wheat and hydrogynated oils....plus a few other things a traimisu cake from Trader joes that I was told I could put in the Freezer well I did try that and then the next day when I went to open it I had a piece and it also went in the trash...anyway I know now I have to be the one responsible for what I eat and i will learn to plan when spending time with these same friends in the future!
    hey sorry to go on and on about this......

    Lysma we are both at week 5 have you started your 2nd bottle I actually have a day or 2 left before I will need to mix again. I wonder if I missed a dose a few times. Steak also works the best for me as well maybe to fish/shrimp for lunch and steak for dinner I'll try thaT today.

    angie sorry about the car troubles hope it gets fix quickly!

    anyway I'm at 17.4 for 5 weeks and happy with that all things considered... need to get I have a dental appointment to get may teeth cleaned.

    .2 loss this morning - finally something! Better than gaining or nothing. But in the last 9 days I haven't even lost a pound! I did try drinking tons of water yesterday and that didn't do anything. Maybe today I'll give up beef and see what happens. I haven't been any fruit for the past few days, so can't give up any more of that

    Brenlyn Don't despair. You can't honestly expect to lose 1.1 everyday (if only, right?) You're doin ggreat, so keep it up.

    Hondo, I've done that too. I love hearing that I've lost weight,it when get ready to tell someone else that, I always worry that they will hear it as some comment about how big they were before, you know? Yes, I know exactly what you mean! When someone did mention it to me the other day, they said, "Oh, I hope you don't take that as meaning I thought you were overweight before!"

    lsyma I think you're right about the other women at the party. I think one didn't care very much because she's never had a weight problem, and the other one definitely does have a problem, but she always makes all these excuses why she can't lose weight, so maybe she's just a bit embarrassed. She's been telling me for the last 20yrs that she needs to lose weight! But of course she was one of the first ones who told me I looked way too thin the last time I got down to 115, so maybe it's just jealousy. And I want to know you manage with the Mexican restaurant also. Seems like there wouldn't be much choice there, but maybe i'm missing something. I might have a hard time sitting on my hands when the tortilla and guac/salsa was sitting in front of me

    angie You've certainly had your challenges this round. Congrats on the 1lb loss today. If anyone deserves it now, you do! You and I are both about the same distance from our goals so I understand the desire to just stick it out a little longer until you get there. I've decided that's what I'm going to do (or at least get as close as I can with the amount of hgc I have left) I really don't want to do another round if possible. Really sorry to hear about your car troubles - I'm always so torn about whether to spend money fixing an old car or just bite the bullet and get another one.

    3Time Holy cow! 25lbs in 6 weeks! I'm really impressed. I guess I hadn't been paying that much attention to your signature (sorry!) so didn't realize your losses were that significant. Do you now about how many days you have left for injections from this vial?
    I am planning on sticking with P2 through my vacation. I feel like i'm on a roll (not with the releasing part but with the eating part - it has become so routine for me now that I don't think about it too much and even tho I'm doing no snacking and no breakfast, I'm not experiencing ANY hunger, so don't want to give that up) I'm afraid if I do an interruption it will really mess with my head and I won't be able to get back on so easily. I figure I'm going to be out about while on vacation, or sitting my butt on the beach all day, so I won't be roaming around the house looking for something to eat. I really think I can do this while away. And when we go out to dinner, I'll figure something out. As you said, there's always fish, plain chicken, or part of a burger without the bun. I've managed so far in restaurants, so I think I'll be OK.

    Hi again I ended up going for a 1/2 hour swim after the dentist and sat in the sun to get my Vit D fix feels so good I came home and decided to put a little self tanner on my legs are so white and I plan on wearing shirts this weekend and don't want to do the panty hose thing it's way hot in Phx anyway hoping that doesn't stall me we will see...

    3times sorry I missed the 25.5 lbs wow that is great for 6 weeks I'm doing the happy dance for ya!

    Hondo I think staying on is a good idea I think last time I was out of town I was so active that even thought I eat a little bit extra protocol foods I was ok. I'll be gone this weekend for 4 days and I'm sure I'll be fine we have a frig in the room and a microwave. I'm going to swim every day, you might try a short walk on the beach I can't remember if you are exercising but it can't hurt if you don't over do it.

    lysma let me know what you ended up with a lunch....I know you made good choices!
