OMG Brenlyn! Congratulations! That's fantastic!! I know how good it felt to get into One-derland since I just got there too! It really encouraged me to keep faithful to the plan. Now I need to get into those 180's. I'm hoping by next Saturday...

If you've read the thread about my DD's apt.....it's in the Arts and Design district in Carmel right on the Monon Trail.....

Continued good losing this weekend and glad you checked back in!

Oh my goodness! I can't believe all of what I have missed in the last week. Welcome to all who are new! and way to go to everyone else! Sounds like there have been some good releasing going on along with some of life's troubles mixed in there.

So sorry I haven't been posting but, I have been moving and working a ton! Monday will be the big day of moving, but I had to paint the new house and pack up the current one. I can't believe how much stuff I have. I can't wait to take at least 1/3 of my stuff to goodwill

As for my releases......I made it to my goal! 163.9pds this morning. I stopped hcg yesterday because I was at 165 and that was my original goal, but when I got on the scale this morning, it showed me a 1.5 pd release. Yeah!! Happy Dance!! So now I have lost a total of 30.1 pds!! woohoo!!! On Monday I will start p3.

I just spent the last hour catching up on all the posts and I just gotta say, I've missed you guys. I had an instance yesterday where I saw a friend whom I haven't seen in 4 months. I have lost 30pds and she looked like, well, she had gained 30pds. It was awkward, I really felt the double edged sword of the comment "wow, you lost a weight" Kind of an undercurrent tone of 'wow, i thought you would be as big as me' It's almost as if we hear people judging themselves through us, and since we are hyperaware of our weight on hcg, it amplifies their emotions.

ok, gotta start taking loads to the other house! wishing everyone a good Saturday!

I am P2d out!! LOL I decided to make yesterday my LIW at 131.8. Today I was up .2, but I weighed way later than my normal time. For me my lowest weight it first thing in the morning. It seems the later I go the more it rises. LOL Plus I slept horribly. I am going to do some P3 shopping today! Mostly going to just buy extra eggs and cheese for now. I suck at thing related to food. It cheese considered dairy? If not what exactly is dairy other than like milk and yogurt?
    R1: Started 06/23/12
    SW: 156.6
    LIW: 131.8 (-26.8)

Attempted a round 2 in September 2012, but it was a disaster to say the least. I am now in the right mind to get back on it!

    Round 2: SW: 157
    VLCD1: 156.6

    Goal- 125
    SSG- 115!!

    Hey all,

Sorry for the very late entry.

Out shopping with dd and just walked in the door. To late for me to eat dinner or much else so all I'll have eaten today was lunch. Yesterday, seems it was my day not to feel well. Looks like we are passing not feeling well between the internet. Yesterday was my day. Barely was able to walk or move, no hunger and only forced myself to eat dinner. On a good note, feell much better today and managed to drop a whole pound!!!!!!!

On to all of you and reading up on your news

hekare and angie Welcome to P3 You managed to keep you heads down and did wonderfully in P2, so if you use that same discipline you will do a fabulous job in maintence. Looking forward to learing nad hearing from you as you are about a week ahead of me. How much have you both planned and dreamed of your first P3 meal are you planning something special or just larger quanities of P2?? Really hope that you keep us posted and stay in touch with all of us.

Hekare It's this your week of all your obligatons beginning? Will you be tempted by goodies during all this hosting?
Angie-- what is the Dr. going to do with the medication he gave you that altered you taste buds. Are you all set to get your son to school?

    cayako
Wow, how busy are you?? Painting and moving, you take care, Hope you have some people to help with all of it. But the best of all news you have LOST 30 FRIGGIN LBS!!!! HOW DARN GREAT IS THAT!! Imagine what your mom is going to say when she sees you, and it is soo great to have you back once you get settled. Looking forward to hearing from you too on your P3 success, and you must look awesome[B]

Sherrys & releasing How much trouble have you two gotten into, and how was the seminar?? Were you able to stay the P2 course?? Looking forward to hearing from you both.

lysma Your dd apartment sounds so great. Exactly where she should live and have lots to keep her busy and occupied. It sounds wonderful. What a great find. How exciting to go shopping with her GF to get new furniture - nice way to make a fresh start for her. All in all it looks like a perfect fit for her future. Wishing her all the happiness come October. Now look at you down 25lbs, and so very close to making it out of the 190's.. what a wild paraty you should have when you do. An extra glass of fizzy water to toast you. lol

brenlyn Told you you would be waving the terrible two's goodbye. You have to be beside yourself with joy and pride. So very happy for you, keep the good news coming with those losses, like the first set of 10's behind you, you will be following in lysma footstepas and before you know it the 90's will be gone FOREVER>

    lisa and jbcsa
Hey you two,, how is loading going?? Are you ready for P2 to start. It will be a blissful first day. And anxious to hear from you.

aimyee Glad athat the dose for you is going well.. That means you should be doing well these early days of P2.

hondo Yeah vacation at the beach. One of my favorite things is to veg out at the beach. My family owned a home in Longport (end of the Atlantic City Isle), I left the day after school let out, and came home the day before school started. Best summers of my life were spent there. Who cares if dh doesn't like your black/white wardrobe. You have something to wear for ANY occassion. Why don't you tell him that if you bought things witi color they would be more memorable and you could not repeat wearing them as often, so you would need more clothes to compensate for the limited use.?!?!?! Men all they do is wear the same suits with different shirts and ties, and that makes them fashionistas?? I really do like the sound of those new shoes--fun choice. You never said which beach you were going to, Jersery or the Island?
Your kids should enjoy the fun before school starts. Good week for you. Glad you stayed strong and didn't get tempted. I really hope you relax and soak up the sun, forget about work, read lots and have fun with the kids. And I expect to hear that when you return those few stubborn pounds are all gone and

you are joining cayako and hekare and angie and being the GOAL GIRLS !!!!!

    Have a great SUnday everyone.

Big party to go to tomorrow night, with lots of food..ugg. Planning on eating before I get there and filling up on water, and trying not to be tempted. You have all done so well in similar situations, I am hoping that I can be half as good. I will just have to remember how you passed up on chips or wine or appetizers.

Don't make me a Goal Girl! P3 is the hardest part! I have a bit of a buffer today but we'll see what tomorrow says. Last round I added too much too quickly and R2 is notorious for stability, so I'm adding eggs tomorrow, but I'll be sticking to P2 plus CO otherwise. Maybe 1 kind of cheese by the end of the week. Stability is the only thing that matters.

    R2 Goal: 20 lbs./ Wk 1: 5.6/ Wk. 2: 4.4/ Wk. 3: 1 (PI)/ Wk 4: 3.4/ Wk 5: 3

Hekare Are you afraid I am going to jinx your success this round? You are prepared for P3, and as long as you add one new food at a time give it 3 days max to see how your system reacts to it before moving on to the next new introduction you will do just fine. You have two rounds behind you, you know what it takes to succeed and you will suceed at P3. !! !!

When you know the pitfalls, you don't fall into them.

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone has a good Sunday and the scales gods were good to you.

I decided I am not skipping an injection today. I don't have much left in the vial and I since this is my last P2 week, I am just going to finish up with what is left and then start P3 72 hrs after. I may make it into the 140's by the end, but I am close enough to be happy if I don't. I only lost -.2 this morning and these last few days after yesterdays drop could just be a trickle loss each day. So what if I don't get to in this round, I will in the next. I am glad with what I have lost this round so far. Besides I really want to start exercising and eating my favorite fruits while they are still in season and available.

Hope everyone is happy dancing this morning, catch up with you all tomorrow morning. Have a good one!!

3TimeGirl - An extra glass of Fizzy Water!! ROFLMAO!! I really hope you stay on this thread as you move on to P3! You would be so sorely missed by us all!!

AFM - I didn't lose anything overnight! I am stunned because we walked the dogs in the morning, the usual mile (+ or -), then in the afternoon, we took them to a park that has mile markers on the trail and walked over 3 miles, then in the evening the usual dog walk of another mile.... I was so SURE I would show a good loss.... I can't figure it out since I've had days I've done next to nothing and had good losses. And yes I was POP.... Maybe it will be one of those things where the loss shows up in a day or two!

I am 6 days in to phase 2, and down 4.7 lbs and looking for buddies as well. I am 52 and have always had a weight problem. I did use HCG about 6 months ago and seen some numbers i hadnt seen in MANY years. I think it scare me.. lol then my life got very busy and stressed it was just easier to go thru fast food then to stick to the diet. so here i am to try it again. this time i will take on those new numbers and Love every minute of it.

Lysma. hoping for a better day tomorrow on losses. Could be your walking had something to do with it. Muscles need to retain fluid so they don't tighten up. You had such a great week loosing last week. Could be just an adjustment from all of those losses. Let's plan on happy faces tomorrow.

Pg. how great that you joined us. If you have read thru this thread you will see how well you will fit in. We are all very supportive, give out advice and we are either repeaters or multiple round hcgers or both. (That is me on all counts)

Very good losses for 6 days. Terrific attitude on your part. And you will definitely succeed this time thinking that way.

It gets a little quiet here on the weekends. And a few of our regulars are away but join in and looking forward to your daily posts

    Hi Ladies,

Sorry I've been MIA for 2 days.....very unlike me, huh? This vacation routine is really tough you know - not much free time

Got to the beach around 3PM yesterday, the weather was kind of crappy so we just hung around the house. My DD brought 2 friends with her and my son brought one, so we had a full house. We had brought food with us so at least I didn't have to run to the supermarket as soon as we got here in order to feed everyone dinner. Everyone had hambergers, hot dogs and corn on the cob, except for me and one of my daughter's friends who doesn't eat meat. She and I grilled some chicken, which worked out great for both of us.

Interestingly, yesterday was the first day I experienced any real hunger. It was a skip day, so I had no injection yesterday but I thought the hcg was supposed to stay in your body for 72 hours so that shouldn't have made any difference. The day before that, I had absolutely no hunger whatsoever and I was so busy wrapping things up at the office and getting ready to leave that I never got around to eating anything at all until 7PM, and even then i wasn't particularly hungry. So it was weird that I woke up yesterday and by 10AM I wanted to start eating! Today things are much better and I'm back to comfortably eating my POP stuff and not feeling that I need more.

In terms of the scale, I didn't lose or gain anything yesterday or today. Today's weight may be a bit iffy, as I'm using the new portable scale and at home it weighed me a bit heavier than my regular scale, so I may have actually lost a little but It'll all work out in the end.

I sat down here to write something to each one of you, but my kids are driving me nuts to take them to the ice cream store that's too far for them to bike to. Not that I really want to go to an ice cream store but they can go in and I'll be happy to wait in the car!

More tomorrow, until then hope everyone has had a really nice, "loser" weekend!
    Starting R3 June 4

    Height 5'2"
    R3 Start Weight: 136.8

    R1 April 2011 - a Bust. Long story.
    R2 June 2012/P2 for 57 days.
    LIW Round 2 was 115.4
Stabilized just fine in P3 this time. Kept it off for almost a year then fell off the wagon.
